Shahbaz was very polite, nothing too much trouble made my first brunch experience amazing.
Great time
After over 20yrs we revisted this wonderful hotel. Having travelled to many top hotels this one is up there. Their attention to detail is noted and communication between staff to deliver the best customer care is excellent. Special thanks to Lujin, Shahid and Shanika a at Brasserie 2.0 All the staff were fantastic

Fabulous
Had a wonderful stay for my birthday. Having visited Dubai regularly and stayed in lots of hotels we must say the hotel is one of the best. Managers and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. Club lounge is fab must mention Nan & Katrina for spoiling us every night. Jannah one of the butler team was outstanding. Will return soon. 🌹

Fantastic hotel
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the hotel. Hotel has wonderful facilities and a beautiful setting. The staff were brilliant from the pool guys to the staff in the restaurants and also the club lounge. Special mention to Gohar, Hasnaim, Daniel Parul and Nan. Attention to detail goes a long way. Looking forward to returning soon .
