Another lovely stay
We visited Dubai again late February, we have stayed here every time and would not ever go anywhere else. The resort is beautiful but the villas are something extra special. This is our second trip with our toddler and it’s perfect for our little family. The proximity to the pools, beach, restaurants & all other amenities is perfect.
It’s the staff that time and time again look after us do well.
Unfortunately the day we were due to fly home for flight was cancelled due to the conflict with Iran.
We returned to the Hotel for an additional 5 nights and the care our Butler Teresa and her team showed us was absolutely incredible. No ask was too much, even in a crisis that impacted us all Teresa’s professionalism, kindness, integrity and good humour shone through.
We also received such good care from Jose and Godwin in the pool bar and Sarah our kind babysitter who looked after little girl so well.
Thank you Teresa, Jose, Godwin and Sarah for all you did for us, a difficult week for all.
Lovely
Our stay was absolutely lovely. Everything was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our butler, Ashis, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the facilities were wonderful for our daughter, and the hotel itself is truly one of the best in Dubai. With multiple beaches, stunning pools, and views overlooking the Souq and the Burj Al Arab, it felt like a dream. We even enjoyed taking the boat directly from our room to visit them.
Jumeirah when dreams come true
From the first minute the you arrive you feel that is going to be magic. This is one of the best properties of 5* in Dubai and I have been in several of them but the way you fell here is magic . The location is stunning and the team is out if the world , every si how detail is taken care with amazing care to make you feel Important. The quality of the F&B restaurants are stunning from shimmer to the breakfast at dolce vita everything was 100/10 so if you want to feel amazing, enjoy your time and feel special no doubt this is the only choice to make you will not regret

The best hotel ever
The best resort in the world. Wonderful ambience and great service. The best breakfast buffet at Arboretum. Wonderful experience all the restaurants in the Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
