Sinbads Kids Club has a daily activity programme for children. The property provides complimentary shuttle service to Wild Wadi waterpark-Madinat Jumeirah-Jumeirah Beach Hotel-Burj Khalifa/Dubai Downtown and DIFC. Mall of the Emirates is a 10 minute drive away from the Jumeirah Hotel. Souk Madinat Jumeirah is a 10 minute stroll from the hotel. Dubai International Airport is 20 km away. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on balconies and designated areas in restaurants and bars. Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

An exceptional stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – absolutely worth it!
Our stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel has an amazing location, with breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab and direct access to a beautiful private beach.
The entire property is beautifully maintained, spacious and elegant, while still having a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and well equipped, and the views were simply spectacular.
What really stood out, however, was the service. Every member of staff we interacted with was extremely polite, professional and genuinely helpful. From check-in to check-out, we always felt very well taken care of.
The facilities are excellent, especially the beach and pools, and there are plenty of options for dining and relaxing. It is also a fantastic choice for families, as there is plenty to do both for adults and children.
The location is another major advantage. You are close to many of Dubai’s main attractions, while the resort itself feels like a peaceful escape from the city.
This was our first stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, but definitely not our last. It is one of those hotels where the overall experience is much more than just the room — it is the combination of the location, facilities, atmosphere and, above all, the exceptional hospitality.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Jumeirah Beach hotel
This was our first time staying at Jumeirah Beach Hotel we normally stay at Atlantis the Hotel itself is beautiful and clean, rooms are very clean and a special mention to Rikibul and Aasha our room attendants, they went beyond looking after our room and leaving gifts and animals most nights we really appreciated it. The Hotel is getting work done at the minute and alot of restaurants are closed and the breakfast has been moved to the ballroom, the breakfast is ok if you book b+b option but I wouldn't pay £40pp for it. The work thats getting done at the minute too starts during the night at 1am throughout the night, we could hear metal poles being dropped and construction work on multiple occasions, we mentioned about the noise and they were very apologetic about the disruption and offered us an upgrade on our next visit but eventually they just cleared our pool bill that we had. We dont think we'd stay here again as there wasn't much to do compared to Atlantis.
5 star experience always!!!
This is our second time at Jumeriah beach hotel in Dubai and once again it was amazing. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The valet team are fast, polite and always ready for each guest - helping with children, bags, doors and they make each interaction personal and memorable. Mahmudun and Sajuta were our housekeeping team, they were outstanding. They left a gift everyday for the children which they absolutely loved and looked forward to the new surprise whenever we returned to the room. It was a shame the waterpark was closed but it did not affect our holiday overall, we had an amazing time and will be back again soon.
We had such a lovely stay and were genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, but honestly, the team has done a great job of making sure it doesn’t take away from the guest experience. Since the main kitchen is currently unavailable, they have arranged dining options at nearby properties, including Mina A’Salam and Al Naseem, which was a very thoughtful solution. The beach is beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and the overall setting is exactly what you would expect from a luxury resort. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally attentive without ever being intrusive. They notice the smallest things and are always ready to help, often before you even have to ask. A special thank you to Shams, who made our arrival so memorable. He prepared a beautiful room for us, welcomed us so warmly, and even arranged for us to come in early and have breakfast. It was such a kind gesture and really set the tone for our stay. We would also like to mention Rakibul and Aasha, who took wonderful care of our room throughout our stay. Everything was always beautifully maintained, and we truly appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, what stayed with us most was the genuine warmth of the people here. Even while the hotel is going through renovation, the service remains personal, thoughtful and very much in keeping with a luxury experience. We felt genuinely looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay. 🤍
