Wonderful first experience
Our first stay at jumeirah beach hotel was a wonderful experience.from the moment we checked in,the staff were very friendly.i would like to highlight that we went Pearl lounge in the evening,where we met asad,he provided truly outstanding service and made our evening even more enjoyable.his attention to detail,warm attitude,and excellent service really impressed us.
5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel and staff, best hotel in Dubai
Just got back from a 10 day holiday, as always it was a fantastic holiday. This is my 32nd time staying at this hotel, I have stayed at the hotel over the last 20 years the staff and the facilities make this hotel, I would like to say a massive thank you to Jojee, and his pool team in the Club pool they always make my holiday also( Tusar ) for sorting my bed everyday as I was in a cast and had to have pillow on my sunbed everyday to keep my leg elevated. great service. If you do get time you should visit the cake shop on the ground floor, Emu runs the operations and is always smiling what a great asset to the hotel, Club drinks was in the main reception due to refurb wick will be finished on 15th Oct. but that was still very good and Ahmed was on form as always 👍 🍷, thanks again for a great holiday and see you all soon.

Kitchen connection restaurant
I had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.
A special mention goes to Kitchen Connection for the excellent breakfast experience. The food was great, and the service was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed, the waiter, for his warm welcome and friendly attitude. He was always attentive and served guests with a smile.
Jumeirah beach hotel
Location was ideal for us , great atmosphere around the hotel, was a fair bit of banging and clanging going as there was renovations going, to which we were aware of before we arrived.. We stayed on the 10th floor room 1007 great room lovely views the Housekeeping of keshar and sabina was really good and spotless everyday

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the staff were warm and professional, and every detail was handled perfectly. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and the location and views made the experience even more special. Jumeirah Beach Hotel truly made the stay memorable, and I would happily return again.
