An Arabian Palace Wrapped in Christmas Magic” ✨🎄
There are hotels you simply visit, and then there are places that turn a stay into a lasting memory. I had the pleasure of experiencing Jumeirah Al Qasr between Christmas 2025 and New Year’s Eve, undoubtedly one of the most enchanting times of the year to discover this remarkable property in the heart of Madinat Jumeirah. From the moment you enter, you are struck by the grandeur of the surroundings. Al Qasr evokes the splendour of an authentic Arabian palace, with impressive spaces, sumptuous interiors, beautiful materials and an exceptional attention to detail throughout. During the festive season, the atmosphere becomes truly magical. The Christmas decorations are spectacular: magnificent trees, beautiful lighting, floral arrangements and refined festive touches transform the interiors with remarkable harmony. What impressed me most was the balance between the spirit of Christmas and the distinctive Arabian character of the resort, creating an atmosphere that is both captivating and difficult to find anywhere else. corner feels carefully considered while preserving the unique identity and character of the property. The beautiful gardens, the waterways of Madinat Jumeirah, the private beach and the unmistakable silhouette of the Burj Al Arab in the background complete an already unforgettable setting. Al Qasr goes far beyond the idea of simply being a hotel. It is about atmosphere, beauty, character and an extraordinary attention to detail. Experiencing it between Christmas and New Year made my visit even more memorable — a wonderful blend of Dubai’s charm, Arabian tradition and the magic of the festive season. A place you don’t simply visit: you experience it, you photograph it and, above all, you remember it.

Luxury Middle East style hotel with a nice beach.
Nice hotel. The rooms have a traditional Middle East design which makes it a great experience to feel the real local ambiance. Breakfast was fine. I think it could have more options. The beach is fine. My kid attended the kids’ club which is great and big. We left some clothes in the kids’ club once,the attendants sent it to the lost&found department, then returned it to is immediately. The hotel is a part of hotel complex,they all are united by a water channel. It’s nice to take a boat along the channel. We went to feed the turtles here. There are good restaurants in the hotel complex to dine. I tried SPA.it was ok, but nothing special.

This was, without doubt, the best holiday we have ever had, and we've travelled extensively around the world.
The hotel is simply breathtaking, the service is unlike anything we've ever experienced, and the food is truly exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel special from the moment we arrived.
This holiday has given our family memories that will last a lifetime.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Al Qasr for creating such an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return.

Amazing view of Burj Al Arab
The view was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our experience.
The hotel itself was very relaxing. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with amazing views.

Regretfully due to the war in the Middle East, we had to cancel our holiday to Al Qasr, so this review is purely to comment on the continued, amazing customer service offered even at time like these.
I emailed to cancel our reservation, was promptly responded to with a personal email (not just a copy + paste standard response), and our refund was issued quickly. Thank you! We cannot wait for normal life to resume and to return to our favourite place again.
