Over 50 Food and Beverage outlets to choose from 5 pools-one exclusively for Adults-2 kilometers private beach-Turtle Rehabilitation Sanctuary-award winning Talise Spa-complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. Shopping facilities at Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

Unpleasant in the room
This was the second stay at Al nassem hotel. And unfortunately this time on the last day of our stay in our room we had cockroaches running around very large ones . We reported to the reception staff, which try to play it down . Where I explained that they was gaps in the toilet area for the walls where the cockroaches was going in . They obviously was an infestation.And the hotel is accountable for doing through checks in all areas of the room under beds etc where these bugs are warm areas. This was not a very pleasant experience and we was very worried that they could be in our luggage. We had to leave our room earlier than the departure time. I did email the hotel manager and I still have not received any reply back from them. It is not Very disappointing that I have to write this review.

Sun sand and experience one of the best beaches around
Fantastic service and such consistency over many years Beach is spotlessly clean and maintained Staff are so professional and attentive Ralph , Satya and the lads So well done 100 💯 percent recommend a visit
Fantastic
Those were three magical days for me and my family. I think Al Naseem is one of the best resorts in Dubai. The luxury of the resort, the rooms, the gardens, the food and the treatment you get is beyond words. Thank God I took my wife and sons for our anniversary to you because the surprise was for me also. We would like to thank everyone of you for making us feel like royals. Especially we would like to thank our new friend from the front desk Hamad and the boat driver Senka for their excellent service. We wish you the best and for us i wish next September we can come to Al Naseem for our anniversary again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Exceptional hotel . Top class service
This hotel is exceptional . Classy, stylish with top class service . The staff were fantastic and a credit to the Jumeriah group. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and cannot wait to go back .
We had a club ocean superior room which made the stay that much more better with a fantastic view of the ocean . This also comes with complimentary lunchtime drinks , afternoon tea and alcohol beverages in the evening with canapés .
Special thanks to the gentleman I think his name was masood who provided us with daily fruit and other goodies to our room . What an exceptional man.
Also to the ladies in the Palmery lounge who were so attentive during our time there .

Iconic setting and exceptional staff
My wife and I enjoyed another fantastic stay at Jumeriah al Naseem. Given the choice of hotels that exists within Dubai, the fact this was our third stay here speaks volumes about the experience you get and quality of the hotel.
This time however our stay was made even more memorable by the incredible staff, who helped to make my 40th birthday celebrations extra special:
- Mark on arrival greeted us warmly, knew our first names and presented me with a card and beautiful turtle cufflinks
- Salma and Galila in the lounge were always welcoming, personable and made a fuss of me with a cake and card, completely unexpected but these two are credit to Al Naseem
- Don in The Palmery makes the best omelettes in the UAE, probably even the world. Always friendly and after 1 day knows your order.
- Hanif and Rauf on the beach looked after us every day, always greeted us with a smile and the upmost professionalism.
The location and view of the Burj Al Arab are unbeatable and the beach in my opinion is the best in Dubai. I have never known seawater as warm as it was during our stay and the water until about 2pm each day was incredibly clear. Never an issue getting sunbeds either at the beach or around the pool.
The hotel is spotlessly clean. The service is exceptional and the food - choice and quality is unbelievable, what a breakfast selection!
Turtle feeding at 11am each day is an extra special touch.
