This was our 20th visit to the hotel, and somehow you continue to exceed every expectation. As usual, our stay was absolutely impeccable.
Azar Saliba has created a micro-universe that is the closest thing to heaven you will ever find on this planet. He leads by example, and every member of the team is uplifted and inspired by his vision.
Absolutely every component of our two-week stay was simply incredible.
From breakfast each morning in The Palmery with Aswin, Emad and Chef Hanna, to our training sessions in the gym with Jon and Bright, every day began in the perfect way.
Throughout the hotel, Melissa and Maria in Al Mandhar looked after us so beautifully. By the pool and on the beach, Rauf, Atta, Christy, Toshan and Rozzy made every single day so enjoyable. Everything was simply perfect.
A huge thank you also to the incredible security team. Pardeep, Kulwinder, Mohammed, Kim and Mark somehow managed to make us feel completely safe and secure while also having so much fun with us every single day. They struck that perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, and we are so grateful to them. God bless you all.
At the heart of the hotel’s operation, Aleksandra on the front desk, Andy from Concierge, and Alaa from Jumeirah One made us feel so genuinely cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attentiveness and kindness were second to none.
A very special mention must go to Youseff and Ahmed, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our stay was executed flawlessly. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure every dream we had was not only met but exceeded. These gentlemen are impeccable professionals and wonderful human beings.
We are blessed to stay at this incredible hotel four times a year, God willing, and we are already counting down the days until our next dream holiday with you all.
We love every one of you. Thank you for continually blowing us away with your warmth, kindness, generosity and genuine love. You make us feel like family every single time.
May God bless each and every one of you. See you all very soon. ❤️
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Jumeirah Al Naseem, especially Hamad, Shristy, and Carl. The level of hospitality and genuine care we experienced was truly exceptional. I was especially impressed by Hamad's professionalism, calmness under pressure, and outstanding customer service. We arrived at check-in completely unprepared, having just returned from Europe with two small children. The team handled everything flawlessly. They immediately comforted our children with toys, helped calm us down, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. We came for a staycation to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a more memorable experience. Thank you to everyone who prepared the beautiful birthday cake and fruit platter in our room. Housekeeping was absolutely impeccable, and the warmth and care we were surrounded with will stay with us for a very long time. A special thank you to Medu from Talise Spa, who gave me the most relaxing treatment on my birthday - it was exactly what I needed. I'd also like to thank the breakfast chefs, who surprised me with a beautifully decorated pancake birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Thank you for creating so many wonderful memories for our family. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Jumeirah is a place we will happily return to again and again.
12/10 Excellent Hotel : From the moment our car pulled up outside Jumeirah Al Naseem, we knew we were in for a special stay. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service throughout our visit was exceptional.
A special mention has to go to Mark, who greeted us on arrival with such warmth and enthusiasm—it really set the tone for the rest of our holiday. At check-in, Joshua and Hanna were incredibly helpful and ensured we were allocated the perfect room.
I've been fortunate enough to stay at several Jumeirah hotels, and each one has its own unique character, but the rooms at Al Naseem are simply outstanding. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the bathroom with its double sinks and generous storage was beautifully designed, and the balcony overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab was absolutely stunning. It was a room we genuinely looked forward to returning to each day.
One of the unexpected highlights of our stay came on our first day when a member of staff invited us to the beach early the following morning to watch rescued turtles being released back into the ocean. What an incredible experience! The team had thoughtfully arranged tea, coffee, and juice, and the conservation staff shared fascinating facts about the turtles and the important work being done. It was a memorable experience we'll never forget, and we're so grateful for the invitation.
We stayed with Club Lounge access, and although the Orchid Lounge is currently closed, the Al Mandhar Lounge is a wonderful alternative. The team there are exceptional, taking the time to remember your favourite evening drinks and even your preferred seating. Those little personal touches made us feel truly valued.
Breakfast at The Palmery was fantastic, with an enormous selection of high-quality food to suit every taste. It can become quite busy at peak times, and the only thing I missed was the option of having breakfast in a Club Lounge, which I personally find to be a quieter and more relaxing experience. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't currently served in the Al Mandhar Lounge, but this certainly didn't detract from what was otherwise an outstanding stay.
The pool area is beautiful, and the staff are always attentive, making sure your towels are perfectly arranged and that fresh water is readily available at your sun lounger.
We also enjoyed an evening at Black Tap. I can't remember the name of the wonderful Malaysian bartender, but she made some of the best cocktails we've had, and her friendly personality added to the fantastic atmosphere.
I also want to acknowledge that we visited during a time of uncertainty due to the conflict in the Middle East. Naturally, the atmosphere felt a little different from previous visits to Dubai, but the team at Jumeirah Al Naseem worked incredibly hard to ensure guests continued to enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication never wavered, and they made every effort to ensure the situation didn't impact the guest experience. As a loyal returning guest of Jumeirah Hotels, I'm so glad we chose Al Naseem for this trip. It reaffirmed exactly why we continue to return to the Jumeirah brand time and time again.
Overall, Jumeirah Al Naseem exceeded every expectation. The combination of luxurious accommodation, beautiful surroundings, thoughtful experiences, and genuinely outstanding service made this one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. We can't wait to return, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.
Given the current situation, the hotel adult pool and the Kalsa pool are currently closed. I received no prior notice of this. In addition, the only open pool (the main one) was only half open for part of the time. The pool was also understaffed. Kudos to the waiters and pool attendants that work tirelessly under the sun. Check in was excellent which is an improvement on prior stays. Breakfast at the Palmery was very good. While, I understand that the hotel is operating at a reduced capacity, they should let people know of this in advance.
We had a wonderful stay at Al Naseem. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt very personal. The check-in was warm and genuine, and the receptionist even approached us the next day to ask how we were enjoying our stay. We were also lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a beautiful room, which made our stay even more special.
The pool and beach team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Considering they spend all day working in the heat, it's even more impressive that they greet every guest with a smile and such positive energy.
A few days after checking out, I noticed that my pre-authorisation was still on hold after 1,5 week. This is where I would especially like to thank Vidhi from the Front Office. She called me immediately, reassured me that she would look into it, and she truly took ownership of the situation. She followed up with both me and the payment company several times until the pre-authorisation was finally released.
I really appreciated this because it would have been easy to let it go since we had already checked out. Instead, the five-star service continued even after we had left the hotel. Thank you, Vidhi, and the entire Al Naseem team, for making our stay so memorable.
