Jannah Place Dubai Marina

I had a wonderful experience staying at Jannah Place for four months. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Anil Mathew, the Sales Manager, who offered me a great deal for my long-term stay and played an important role in my decision to choose Jannah Place.

Having spent four months here, I had the opportunity to interact with the team across different departments and experience their hospitality consistently throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team for making my stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable.

I stayed in Room 210, and one thing that truly stood out during my long stay was the warmth, professionalism, and helpful attitude of the staff across all departments.

Usually, during a hotel stay, we meet many employees and may not remember everyone's names. However, the fact that I remember so many members of the team at Jannah Place says a lot about the positive impression they made on me. Every interaction was pleasant, and each person contributed in their own way to making my stay enjoyable.

A special appreciation to the wonderful Front Desk team - Ms. Eva, Mr. Hamdy, Mr. Lian, and Ms. Cristine. They were always welcoming, polite, professional, and ready to assist whenever needed.

I would also like to thank the Security team, especially Mr. Rajkumar and Mr. Ibrahim, for their courteous and helpful nature.

The Engineering team also deserves special recognition - Mr. Bharani, Mr. Felix, and Mr. Jamshik, along with their supervisor, Mr. Rizu. Their responsiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated.

A big thank you to the hardworking Housekeeping team - Mr. Rahul, Mr. Gyandeep, Ms. Diane, Ms. Sandip, Mr. Akshay, Mr. Derick, Mr. Keshar, and Mr. Rabinder - for helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and pleasant environment throughout my stay.

Special appreciation also goes to the Housekeeping Supervisors, Mr. Gopi and Mr. Dennis, for their support and for leading their team efficiently.

I would also like to recognize Mr. Ranuka and Mr. Ganesh, the Lifeguards/Pool Attendants, for their friendly and attentive service around the pool area.

Finally, a sincere thank you to Mr. Raghav, the Front Desk Manager, for his professionalism, support, and for helping ensure a positive and comfortable experience for guests.

When a guest remembers so many staff members by name, I believe that itself is one of the best compliments a hotel team can receive. Every person mentioned above made a positive difference, directly or indirectly, during my stay.

Thank you, Jannah Place, for having such a wonderful, dedicated, and hardworking team. Your hospitality, friendliness, and personal attention truly made my four-month stay memorable.

It's a wonderful, clean hotel overlooking the Marina promenade. All the staff are excellent, the receptionists are very friendly, the room service is good, and Anil is a polite, clean, and cheerful employee. I love this hotel.
