Hilal provided exceptional service throughout my breakfast experience at the InterContinental Dubai Marina. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect, responded promptly to my requests, and his professionalism truly stood out. Fantastic weekend at Intercon Dubai Marina
Staff were attentive, polite and knowledgable - Khem Raj was a great example of the professional and welcoming nature of all staff I encountered. Great location. Fantastic value.
Our stay
Location was perfect, from our balcony we had the palm & Atlantis Hotel as our view. We arrived 2.30am, but the door man ( don’t know his name sorry ) was very polite. The male on reception was again polite and check in was very quick. When we arrived at our suite the same door man took the time to explain how everything worked as it was all smart electrics. He told us about the view and where to find the beach next morning. He even took time to tell my son where the gym was bear in mind the time it was! Honestly can’t rate this hotel, staff and facilities enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU
A wonderful stay in Dubai
The location has a stunning view with an increddible atmosphere that makes you feel just liek home. The rooms are very nively arranged and the stuff makes sure the cleanliness is always on point. The rooms are so nively designed that you cannot be bothered by the outside noise levels or by your neighbours. The services are amazing and the staff offers u all the amenities needed. Pete and David definitely have made a huge impact on me. Really caring men with the right mindset, always nice and helpful, truly set an example of how other hotels should train their staff It is clear that this hotel value its customers and is an amazing match for wether you are here with your friends, family or just on a business trip. Truly makes you feel like home.
