Many thanks to Chef Zakaria for accomodating my special request for a vegetarian breakfast. That really make my day with a heartful meal at the start of the day. Also appreciate Arafat at the restaurant for his prompt and courteous service.
2nd month of a 6 month stay
This is my second review of the Holiday Inn, Internet City, Dubai. I am in my second month of a six month stay here at the Holiday Inn. I am writing this primarily for the consistent and professional staff as my experience here has remained very good. I think the staff deserves to be acknowledged regularly for their dedication to customer service and consistent professionalism. Every morning and evening I am greeted with warm and sincere smiles from the front desk attendant and the building security. The Housekeeping staff are very kind and detail oriented at their duties. I have met many of the Housekeeping staff in passing, but because of my schedule, Cecille is the staff member who works in my area of the hotel. She always makes a point to say hello and quick to ask if there is anything I need. Cecille and the rest of the staff are a vital asset to the operation of this hotel and they all do a great job.
