Amazing service
I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. Walid, the Duty Manager, came over to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Arbab Khan from the concierge was also amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. They both made me feel genuinely welcome. I'll definitely be back.
Letdown
Have stayed here and in hotel many times,but thus was by far worse time ever.I arrived off an overnight flight..so pretty tired,asked if wanted to do room upgrade..said would show me room wad getting then upgraded room,stepped out lift into corridor and was overpowered by damp musty smell,went into room and it was worse,told him couldnt stay in there,said didnt have other room,so pretty much had to pay fir upgrade..we at thus point jyst wanted a room..although a bigger room,still musty and very outdated and worn..but next day went back,and magicaly he had 5 rooms he shiwex me,all were stinking. I think hotels not been busy,and rooms were closed,was our 40 th wedding anniversary ruined,food was disgusting every night..cold,only goid thing was lovely staff. Never be back

Good location , away from hustle and bustle of market n promenade.
Very nice location on marina the walk, far from cars noise at night, and yet, easy to reach by foot to any place on the promenade, the cinema, the shops and pharmacy and the pavilion , where you can choose any cafe to have lunch or dinner. Clean room, warm reception staff, good restaurant for breakfast. Swimming pool is also available as well as 24/7 gym.

I had a very pleasant experience with Atiq and Arbab Khan at the concierge. They were polite, helpful, and easy to approach. I really liked the way they communicated with guests and handled their duties. Hilton Dubai The Walk is lucky to have people like them.
