Very attentive personal, in each department solving any problems is very easy, personal is very attentive and makes you feel like at home. Special thanks for the fastest checking, attention of the main restaurant hostesses, and personal of the executive launch: Ruslan, Eiei, April, Sain, Erico, Naseem, Gin and Adnan
Positive spa experience
Had a very relaxing Swedish massage with Ida and Aye who were absolutely amazing . Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had in years . Woke up feeling better today after it .Will definitely be back .Highly recommend

We had another great 3 week trip to Dubai, staying as always at the Hilton Jumeriah. Since the major refurbishment in the hotel lobby, Oceana restaurant and the outdoor addition of an adult only pool, the hotel has come up to the mark and looks amazing in all aspects. It’s the people and locations that makes this hotel extra special. We experienced the highest eleven of courtesy and service from the staff and were well received by the hotel management. We enjoyed the Executive Lounge on this trip and highly recommend the quality of the food, drink and service offered by April and her team. As the hotel staff made our holiday extra special, we would like to recognise the following especially, although all the staff are brilliant.

Absolutely deserved. We will not hesitate to return next year for our 22nd visit!!!
