Fantastic brilliant the best on JBR
This hotel was fantastic in every way all the staff were friendly including Kuldeep who got us a taxi daily, Emad who helped with our luggage and all the hotel breakfast and pool bar staff thank you for making our holiday pleasant and doing everything possible to make it nice for my little boy who had his birthday there too. Thank you Gina, Asim and Sami
Great Hotel
We stayed for 5 nights. Staff were lovely and very helpful all through the hotel. Our room was great we had a side sea view which was lovely a view of the pool, beach and we could also see the Atlantic palm hotel. We had 2 queen beds which were very comfy. Room was very clean coffee making facilities, water, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. 2 pools 1 is 16yrs and over pools were good. Location was nice on the beach and the walk we used uber to get around to the Dubai mall etc.They do have shower facilities once you have checked out which were great as our flight was a late one. I would recommend this hotel we had a great stay.

Fantastic Beachfront Location and Superb Service
I recently stayed at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and had a wonderful experience. The standout feature is definitely the location—right on the JBR Walk, so you have instant access to all the shops and restaurants, plus a beautiful private beach. The staff were incredibly attentive, from the check-in desk to the beach/pool crew.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and half board for lunch, which had a good variety of options. The pool area is well-maintained and never felt too crowded, even on the weekend.
The hotel has been refurbished since our last visit and has been done to a really high standard.
Overall the hotel offers great value for such a prime spot. Highly recommended for both families and couples looking for a relaxing beach break in the heart of the action.

Execptional Family Stay at the Hilton JB
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Family Stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach We recently stayed at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality was absolutely out of this world and made our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet offered a great variety of food and was always fresh and enjoyable. As many parents will understand, our children can be quite picky with food, but the team went above and beyond to accommodate them, kindly providing favourites such as pizza and burgers whenever needed. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. We also had Executive Lounge access, and the team there were consistently professional, attentive, and always one step ahead in ensuring guests were looked after. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage. Being situated right on The Walk at JBR made it perfect for leisurely evening strolls with the family, with plenty to see and do just outside the hotel. It was also lovely to finish the evening with a relaxing nightcap at the bar while enjoying the atmosphere of Dubai Marina and JBR. A very special thank you goes to Jael and Hesinga, who made our stay even more memorable by accommodating our special requests and ensuring everything was taken care of. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly exemplify exceptional customer service. Thank you to everyone at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach for making our family holiday so enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent facilities, a fantastic location, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
