Self experience for friends stay
I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Grand Plaza Mövenpick. The breakfast was excellent, and a special thanks to Chef Yasser for preparing a delicious omelet that made my mornings even better.
I would also like to thank Khine, Medo, and Hossm at Reception, as well as Selim and Mei at Byte Restaurant, who regularly checked on me to ensure everything was perfect. A big thank you as well to the room attendant, who was always helpful and attentive.
Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their positive energy made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to coming back again!

Loved the stay here. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Few mentions who made my stay special Mo and Risa from the restaurant, Rana from Housekeeping and Mido from reception.
