The Local Area
Set withing the cities prestigious coastal residential area of Jumeirah, often called the 'Beverly Hills of the Middle East'. Located at the Northern end of Jumeirah Beach Road, Four Seasons is the closest beach front hotel to the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai shopping centre and attractions. The hotel is just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

huge disappointment
We are extremely disappointed with our stay at Four Seasons. We expected much higher standards from such a prestigious and luxurious hotel.
Do we really have to request every basic amenity, from toothbrushes to an iron? At a hotel of this standard, it is simply unacceptable that guests have to ask for everything individually.
The refrigerator in the room has an unpleasant smell inside. The pillows also smell unpleasant, and the room itself has a bad odor. It is truly surprising to encounter such cleanliness and hygiene issues at a hotel of this level.
Furthermore, the electrical outlets in the room do not work properly. I couldn’t even iron my clothes because the outlets were not functioning. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel.
I have stayed in many luxury hotels throughout my life, but I have never experienced such a huge disappointment. I honestly cannot believe that a world-renowned hotel like Four Seasons provides such a poor level of service.
This stay has fallen far below our expectations. Frankly, this experience has completely changed our perception of and trust in the Four Seasons brand.
Four Seasons Review
The location is on the Jumeirah beach and around 10-15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the airport. The ambience is rich and all staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms have a very good size and room service is also very quick. The cleanliness is pretty good and you don’t have to worry about your room being clean after a long tiring day. The value is pretty good for the service and ambience. Noise levels are pretty low and only light music is played for ambience. The amenities include a lot of things like a Barbershop and Salon, a private beach, a place for watersports, a kids club, a gym and a spa .
Overall this is a good property and is probably among the top 5 best properties in Dubai for me.

Disappointing Stay—Far Below Four Seasons Standards
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Despite the hotel having very low occupancy, we were not offered an upgrade—not even to a sea-facing room.
More importantly, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, but this was not clearly disclosed on the website or during the booking process. We felt completely misled, as we would never have checked in had we known beforehand.
Considering the inconvenience caused by the renovation and the hotel’s low occupancy, the management should have made an effort to upgrade us or provide a better room. There was also no follow-up call to ask about our stay or the quality of service.
Unfortunately, this experience was nowhere close to the standard expected from a Four Seasons property. I would not recommend staying here.

Four Seasons Perfection
A lovely 3 days of relaxing spent after a hectic 7 days at The Atlantis. Preeti on Reception (i hope i have that spelt correctly but if not you know who you are) was fantastic from check in to check out. Took the time to show us around the hotel, offer a suite upgrade, sort the kids a Play Station 5 which was a god send and then left a lovely note on check out with some chocolates and small gifts. Always goes a long way. Breakfast staff were all lovely including the restaurant manager whos name i did not get. The boys who work so hard on the front door. Big thanks for working and assisting in that heat. Thank You Four Seasons. You didnt disappoint. Will be back next year.

OUTSTANDING ❤️❤️ A Must Visit Resort
OUTSTANDING checkin an experience of Home away from Home that is Four seasons . Miguel the duty manager such leadership skills he appreciated we spend money and made us feel that it’s not just the money but BOTH are important what an impressive way . Well Done to the FS for such outstanding staff. The resort amazing the rooms are wonderful the breakfast delicious,fresh and appealing. A choice for both Business & Holiday Purposes.
