THEY TREAT YOU HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED .
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, luxurious, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The service, facilities, and overall atmosphere were world‑class, as you would expect from the Four Seasons, but this property really exceeds expectations. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel relaxed, valued, and eager to return. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Dubai. Excellent Stay, perfect to relax!
A few days at Four Season’s Jumeirah to relax! Amazing experience from check in to departure. Great facility, i enjoyed the beach a lot. Great restaurants. I love to take my breakfast outside. The gym was very well equiped. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very well located with amazing restaurants around, in the middle of where you should be in Dubai. What an elegant place with attention to details and great service! Looking forward for more!

Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has been nothing short of exceptional. We visit Dubai 2–3 times a year and always choose the most prestigious and luxurious hotels—but this one truly stands out as one of the very best.
From the moment we arrived, the level of service has been outstanding. The staff are genuinely attentive, warm, and dedicated to making every guest feel special. The management team is remarkable in how they handle guest care and ensure everything runs flawlessly.
A special mention to Cornelia, who is absolutely amazing, along with Ece Akalp, who is always smiling and incredibly helpful. Ahmed, the Food & Beverage Manager, also deserves recognition—he goes above and beyond and simply cannot do enough for guests.
It’s only our second day here, yet we’ve never felt so happy and well taken care of at a hotel. This is our first time staying at Four Seasons Jumeirah, and it certainly won’t be our last.
To anyone considering this hotel—don’t hesitate. Ignore any negative reviews; our experience has been nothing but perfect. If you appreciate grand, luxurious hotels with impeccable customer service, this is absolutely the place for you.

Well...u'd not know it was a four seasons product, experience..
I'll fitting uniforms, casual appearance,lack of effort..
200 dollar per person lunch the only thing that hit that price point was the perrier jouet perfectly.
Food well at best 3 star..
Bread excellent, crab good, salads suitable, the rest a joke..
This is a four seasons experience so embarrassing..
Trays full of left over food waiting to be removed..
Our server was fiendly yet OMG this hotel needs a serious kick on product and service..

A Birthday I’ll Never Forget – Thank You, Jou Jou Team!
I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Jou Jou Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah Beach, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
A special thank you to Daria and Rafiq, as well as the Outlet Manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot), for making my day so memorable. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the team was attentive, welcoming, and proactive, ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Their service was exceptional, and they surprised me with a beautiful complimentary birthday cake, which made the celebration even more special. It was a thoughtful gesture that my wife and I will always remember.
The level of attention and care shown by the entire team was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, efficient, and always one step ahead, creating a truly luxurious dining experience.
Thank you to the Jou Jou team for giving me a birthday filled with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional food, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality. I can’t wait to return!
