We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to give a special thank you to the amazing staff who made our experience even better.
Sunil from the Family Pool was very kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. We also really appreciated the excellent service from Owrango, Dilshan, and Ushman at Frevo Restaurant. They were all friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcomed.
Their great service and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! ❤️

I’ve stayed here several times before and have always had such a lovely experience, but what makes it even better is having Jennelyn as my go-to contact. She has never failed to assist me and always makes everything so easy and convenient.
This time, I booked a stay for my best friend’s mini honeymoon while I’m in Germany, and Jennelyn once again went above and beyond! She arranged an upgrade and complimentary touches that made their stay even more special. 🥰

I enjoyed our dinner in Frevo of Fairmont the Palm in Dubai. The steak was really great. We decided to have the premium to experience the whole sense of the buffet. The person also who assisted us in the restaurant, his name was Mayat, was really accommodating and impressive. He is knows what he is doing and I would love to come back for another meal again next time when I travel again in Dubai.
