Peter, Daniel and Gerald have been absolutely exceptional throughout our stay at Raffles The Palm.
From the moment we arrived, they have been incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and that every part of our stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Their professionalism, warmth and attention to detail have made a real difference to our experience. It’s people like Peter, Daniel and Gerald who make a hotel stay truly special and memorable.

Amazing birthday experience in Raffles, the Palm Dubai.
I had a really remarkable experience in this amazing hotel. I decided to celebrate my birthday in this lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a suite room and the one who assisted us, Corina from the reception, was really accommodating and approachable. There was a little issue for our booking but she was able to manage things well quick and seamless. She even assisted us to our floor. This is my 9th time in Dubai and I have stayed in several 4-5 star hotels but Raffles the Palm Dubai is a very good standard. I will definitely come back again. I had the best experience. I recommend this to all traveler who wants luxurious experience in Dubai.
