Excellent experience
We dined at the Matagi restaurant at the Raffles, The Palm hotel. It was an amazing experience. The ambiance was superb. The food was exquisite. Gita our waitress was very generous with her knowledge of the food and the area, regarding things to do which we greatly appreciated. Rehan and John also contributed to an overall wondering evening. I would recommend a visit to Matagi any time you stay at the Raffles The Palm.

The staff at Raffles are truly exceptional warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making every moment of our stay feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Robert, Brenda, Avinash, Paul, Hasna, Bilal, and everyone else we may have missed for their outstanding service from the moment we arrived until our departure.
Every team member was professional, kind, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, turning our visit into an unforgettable experience. Beautiful Hotel
We went to Dubai for our 2nd time to wind down from our 40th Anniversary trip to Africa. We stayed 4 nights at Raffles The Palm Dubai and it was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds were lush and very well done. Our room was probably one of the nicest rooms we have ever had in all our travels. We did Club Level. The Club Level lounge food could definitely be better. It was actually disappointing. We do Club Level at all hotels we stay that offer it, and our expectations for The Raffles were high but we ended up being underwhelmed. At the time of our booking all on property restaurants showed open, but once we arrived they were all closed. So buffet was our only option. We are ok with that for breakfast as most hotels are that way, but for the most part that is not how we like to eat other meals. So that was also disappointing. I understand the reasoning as low tourists due to out of their control world issues, but it would have been nice to have been notified prior to our stay. I inquired about it and it was what it was. So we made the best of it. The staff is amazing, very attentive and helpful. Always smiling and genuinely warm. Adil Tariq(?) was very helpful , Tony from the Club Lounge and Brenda at breakfast stood out to us as we had just arrived from Kenya and they are from there. So I was able to practice my very few words and phrases I knew in Swahili. At least they got a good laugh from it. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent stay
I had an excellent stay here and would strongly recommend this hotel to others. The staff were excellent and the service was great. They had good recognition of member’s loyalty and if you’re a silver member or above, you’ll be treated well here. Special mention to Husna who handled my check in and ensured a smooth process.
My room was excellent and I had a great night’s rest here. The resort is great for both business and leisure, but based on its location I would recommend it more for leisure and families.
