Family trip
This was our first time at this hotel. The staff, the services, and our stay was amazing. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Ednah. We ended up extending our stay because the kids enjoyed it so much.

Wonderful experience at Dukes the Palm, Dubai
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel starting from the Valet parking till we check out. Staffs are so friedly and helpful. My kids enjoyed all the fascilities especially the infinity pool and kids club.

Dukes review
Service from all staff was very good. Unfortunately there was no USB charging capabilities in the room. Electrical plugs/adaptors was provided on request, but it did not contain the requested charging sockets.
