Great location, nice view, reasonable room
I stayed here 2 times for a month each time as a business base while I am settling in Dubai. The location is excellent and very nice views of the Marina and the promendae from a lot of the rooms including mine. Fitness club is coplete and almost always empty. The location is on the promenade - easy to go out for a walk even if it is too hot. Breakfast buffet is too expensive to eat here daily. Lots of nearby restaurants on the promenade. No alcohol anywhere but there is a liquor store in Dubai Marina Mall - 8 minute walk away. Helpful and friendly staff. And the price is most excellent for a one bedroom hotel apartment. Carrefours mini grocery store across the street. 24 hour market on the corner but the prices are incredibly high - don't go.

Lovely staff, great location.
Lovely staff. Very helpful, pleasant and hardworking. Stayed 5 days with family members. Great location on the marina. They are renovating the old La Verda apartment hotel next door into luxury apartments, so the pool area is a little noisy currently. 3 bedroom apartment was large and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, with a decent variety. Maybe needs a bit more choice of teas and coffees. Green tea and fancy coffee would be an extra charge. But if you need 3 bedrooms in a great location it is definitely worth consideration.
Excellent location and place
It is a very good hotel in an excellent location. Easy to reach from the main road. Metro station around, stores and Mall. Easy to reach at the beach. Down is the Promenade along the channel what is a place where walking is a plesure in each moment of the day. As well, the swimming pool is affordable for all age category. The Hotel has parking at basement and valet parking. The staff is very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. For food are options in a plenty of restaurants around (step-in), or order in the room (food is fantastic). The rooms are spacious, clean, nice odorized, and equipped with all amenities. The team encharged with daily cleaning rooms are doing a real great work. Overall the hotel is a very homie place what will make you to return ( for me was the sixth time). I highly recommend!
Worth a visit
Perfect location, reasonable price, friendly staff - would stay again and would recommend as budget friendly. Apartments are massive and have all you need. Room service was good and reasonably priced. Dubai Marina is a dry zone, do not expect to obtain alcoholic drinks. All soft drinks, tea and coffee is reasonably priced.
