Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai

Excellent experience! It’s an fantastic location and venue, with amazing staff! The food and drinks are high quality and the service was impeccable. It’s the little touches, like the ice lollies, juices & free water (sounds silly, most places charge and it’s not cheap in Dubai!) which make it stand-out service.

DJ, the pool & beach manager, is an asset to the place! He’s extremely friendly & helpful if you have any questions, along with all of the other staff that served us on that day!

We came to this hotel to celebrate our son's first birthday and from the moment we arrived the team we absolutely phenomenal. While our flight arrived early in the morning, and our room was not ready early, the staff ensured that we could enjoy all the facilities and freshen up until everything was ready.
Murad the member of the team who looked after throughout our stay greeted our son, wished him a Happy Birthday, and when our room was ready, they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our entire stay and even left a birthday cake and some balloons in our room. Additionally, given we had a 1 year old the team made our stay as easy as possible leaving a baby bath, cot, bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, nappy bin, changing mat, baby bath products, soft baby towels and baby safe toiletries for us as well. These were refreshed throughout our stay. Murad, kept checking on us throughout our stay to see if there was anything else we needed, but every member of staff in both buildings that we came across, from breakfast, to dinner and pool side were super helpful, polite and brought a great energy. There is not a single thing that we could have asked for in addition and this trip was even more special than we could have imagined. We visited a couple of restaurants throughout our stay and loved the quality and service, with the only thing that we would say could be an improvement point is the variety of vegetarian options at some of them - but where they did have them, they were excellent. Later in November Caesars Entertainment will no longer operate this hotel (as per notification on their website) and our only hope is that the new operators maintain this fantastic standard - on speaking with staff about this, all were very positive about the change as well as being positive about the current operators as well.

A gorgeous resort located slightly away from the business of JBR. We came looking for a relaxing week in the soon and this is exactly what we got. The pools were great, never overcrowded. Beautiful gardens and views. A beautiful big beach. Great service, room services and standard of food. Absolutely loved our time here!
