Honestly it’s very underwhelming, first when u pay aed 600 per person u expect amazing experience, however here u go there first of all the place is small and tables are cramped and it gets busy quickly, buffet is very limited and no enough options , u find less buffets with a lot more options , second after Iftar they don’t have a person that roams around with Arabic coffee with is the bare minimum in Ramada and all decent hotels do it , service was baaaaaaaad and slowwwwwww u can’t imagine I get better service in McDonalds in a busy day, honestly not worth it at all they need to improve it a lot , won’t go back and won’t recommend anyone to try
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding our recent Iftar experience for four guests, which, regrettably, fell far below any acceptable standard of hospitality and left us with a very negative impression.
From the very first moment we arrived, the tone of the evening was set in the most unfortunate way. The hostess at the entrance was unwelcoming, visibly cold, and demonstrated a level of rudeness that was both surprising and disappointing , including dismissive gestures such as eye-rolling, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and I think she wins Gold medal in Rolling her eyes 🥇
What was even more concerning was the approach of one of the venue managers (a Russian lady), who addressed us in a very abrupt and cold manner, asking us to wait outside for 10 minutes as the venue was not open yet. The way this was communicated lacked any sense of warmth, professionalism, or basic courtesy , certainly not the welcome one expects, especially during Iftar.
Although we were eventually seated at a corner table, the experience did not improve. The service throughout the evening was inattentive and disorganized. We repeatedly found ourselves having to seek assistance, rather than being looked after, which significantly impacted our experience.
To further add to our disappointment, we ordered Moroccan tea with sugar; however, it was served without sugar , not once, but twice ,despite clearly requesting it. Such repeated oversights only reinforced the overall lack of attention to detail and care.
It is truly unfortunate that what should have been a warm and memorable Iftar turned into such a frustrating and disappointing experience. Hospitality is not only about service, but about how guests are made to feel , and in this case, we left feeling undervalued and unwelcome.
I would like to raise this as an official complaint and kindly request a clear update on the actions that will be taken by management to address these concerns and prevent such situations from recurring.
I trust that this matter will be handled with the seriousness it deserves, and I look forward to your response.
We stayed a night at the Bvlgari Resort Dubai and it really lives up to the name. The property is stunning very private, calm, and beautifully designed with that understated luxury Bulgari is known for. Service is seamless without being over the top, and everything feels thoughtfully done. Even a short stay feels like a proper escape from the city.
Amazing experience! Ummusen Kara was very professional and kind. The hammam and massage were perfect — I felt completely relaxed. Highly recommend!
A superb hidden Gem in Dubai. We Have stayed all over the UAE and stayed in Bulgari for the first time.
Firstly shocked I’ve never stayed before. What an amazing Hotel.
From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the doormen it’s just perfect. All of the staff here know their roll like I’ve never seen in another hotel just superb!!
There were room renovations taking place which we were warned of in advance but I can honestly say not a sound was heard over other localised construction noise.
Every member of staff was just fantastic and if I had to write a list of names it would be 50 names long so I think you get the idea.
I must mention one member of staff just because of what I witnessed. Roy who looked after us on the beach was having probably one of the toughest days I’ve seen. 2 separate guests just couldn’t be pleased with anything that was done for them and this went on for 5-6 hours on and off. We would have been more than happy in 10 seconds but there was nothing that was changing their attitude towards him all day long. At the end of the day we had a chat and I said you were amazing today Roy you have really been tested non stop. His response was “ I love my job and I love working here sir so no matter what the guests come first sir” that one sentence sums up everything about the hotel and staff just fantastic on every level. Well done Roy and well done every single member of staff at Bulgari Dubai. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
