Amazing Views of the Beach and JBR. Palm Island is visible as well. Staff is very discreet and Courteous. Security Incharge Mr Mohammed Ghouse was excellent in his dealings. Best wishes to the team. PS Suggestions to have shataf in every bathroom.

Memorable & absolutely amazing 🤩
First Beat The Heat Holiday!!! Absolutely enjoyable and Amazing 🤩. My friends & I just immediately plan same day holiday 14th May to 15th May and we saw the Blue Beach Tower in JBR although, we late check in as we arrived on their property at 18:15pm. The check in was so smooth & quick and Nurin in FO was very friendly and accommodating. We are at 11th floor, I thought we can see the Dubai eye, but yet still good the three bedroom apartment was huge, clean & spacious. Rodney The bellman also very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping are always attentive as well. They have amazing pool & jacuzzi, sorry i forgot to take the name of the life guard but I believe his from Nepal very friendly too. This place is highly recommended and will definitely come back.

overall pleasant and enjoyable stay.
rooms spacious, furniture good quality, kitchen needed a few upgrades but for a new ventures a good start. pool area under repairs will or should be great when completed. manager and team very attentive and helpful. breakfast very nice. not sampled lunch or dinner but when passing few guest dining there needs more marketing. location central in JBR AREA popular holiday spot.

“Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff – Especially Von!
We had a wonderful stay at Blue Beach Tower Dubai, made even better by the warm welcome and outstanding service from the receptionist, Von. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly—always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything we needed. Her attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Von, for going above and beyond
Extremely Disappointed – Stay Cut Short Without Prior Notice
We were really disappointed with our recent experience at Blue Beach Tower in JBR, Dubai. We had booked a 6-night stay from May 30 to June 6, and even received a confirmation email on May 28 confirming our full stay.
However, upon arrival, we were shocked to be informed at reception that the hotel would be closing for renovation starting June 1st, just two days into our stay. We had no prior notice of this, and were told on the spot that we could either leave immediately or stay until June 1 and then check out early.
While the manager was polite, he was ultimately not helpful in resolving the issue. We were told a refund was due for the nights we wouldn't be staying, but now over a week has passed, and we have heard nothing back.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and poorly handled. We expected better communication and service from a hotel in such a prime location. We won’t be returning.
