Had an amazing time at Banyan Tree pool, the food and drinks were incredible and Neeraj was very helpful and kept the drinks flowing!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the service is simply exceptional.
Everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Every wish was taken care of, and you could really feel how much effort the entire team puts into making sure every guest has the best and most enjoyable stay possible.
The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast – it was absolutely amazing. The whole hotel has such a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable.
Housekeeping was exceptional, with so much attention to detail. Overall, every single member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. It truly made our stay unforgettable.
