From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Ms. PeiPei and Ms. Queenie from Reception for the warm welcome and the complimentary room upgrade. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
Our apartment was spotless, spacious, and fully furnished with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the pool—our daughter had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute of it!
We would also like to thank Ms. Kyla from the restaurant for her wonderful and attentive service. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food that we looked forward to every morning.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Bibek from Housekeeping for ensuring our room was always well-stocked with essentials and for promptly providing everything we requested. We also appreciate Ms. Rose for making our check-out smooth, quick, and hassle-free.
Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the best experiences in Dubai. Room cleaning was way over expectations. Staff was kind and always ready to help. Food was very good. Chef Luca, from Italy, did an excellent job and made us feel like home. Pool at evening is a must with that view. Will definitely come back. Very satisfied.

The best Hotel
Our staycation on 20th July 2026 was memorable. From first step valet parking got impressed with attitude of brothers beanut, Andrew & Reuven. They welcomed us so nicely. Helped us. We're very interacting with kids , kids love them. Then the Arabic guy can't recall his name in registration desk was so kind to us he facilitated the stay and gave us the best room and best view. He was so helpful and understanding. Room was spacious, very very clean hotel, I appreciate that. Even balcony all other hotels always I used to get dusty balcony but this was very clean , no dust. Appreciate that. Got prayer mat & Quran in room. Thanks for it no need to ask . All facilities available in the room , they took care of every tiny detail in this hotel. Swimming pool was one of the best ever. Great view. Breakfast was super & Lavish. Next day check out the lady at desk was kind to us got extension till 2 PM as where late in swimming pool. For first time among all hotels we visited, kids told we should always come to this hotel only. Thanks alot from bottom of our hearts.
