Exceptional service
We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the exceptional housekeeping service provided by Janet Khadoi. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and impeccably organized. Janet’s attention to detail and warm, professional attitude made our stay truly comfortable. Thank you, Janet, for the flawless service!
The hotel provides only 3* service.
Very poor service!!! They didn’t refund the deposit; more than a week has passed since we left, and the money still hasn’t been returned. They don’t respond to emails, and the travel agency representative also can’t get through to them. We had the impression that this hotel should be of the highest standard, but this smells like a three‑star hotel!

Не вернули деньги с депозита, после нашего выезда прошло больше недели до сих не вернули деньги, не отвечают в сообщения в электронной почте, представитель турагенства тоже не может достучаться до них. Было мнение что в этом отеле должно быть на высшем уровне, но это пахнет трех зведочным отелем!

5* Did not want to leave!
Wow- booked for two night stay over Christmas. Wish we had booked for whole time we were visiting Dubai.
Room- 5* clean; fresh, turndown and cleaning fantastic- loved all the personal touch’s for our kids… super special.
Facilities- top class! Didn’t have nearly enough time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer.
Food- out of this world, choice, selection, quality all superb.
Staff- helpful, approachable, friendly, thank you.
Smell- oh my goodness on arrival to the hotel, it smelt like Christmas- arrival Christmas socks being handed out- so special.
Overall magical stay and just wish we could come back again this year for longer!
