2nd time at the Atlantis absolutely amazing will definitely be back, Rahjith who done our room provided the best service I have experienced so thanks very much to him
Me and the family had fabulous time, with perfect location, good atmosphere, and beautiful rooms.
The property is magnificent and family-friendly. However, the rooms are average, since my hot water every morning only worked after running the faucets at full blast (we did have their maintenance guy look at it, and that's what he told me to do every morning, which worked, but I do think they should ideally just have warm water work in the room if possible). Also, the walls were thin, so we could hear babies crying, couples fighting, and lots of hallway noise, but I do think that's often what comes with a family resort. I was with my family as I was in Dubai for work so that they could enjoy the waterpark while I was working, which was great and to celebrate my birthday. I paid for the Imperial Club add-on so that we could go to the club whenever we wanted to for a snack; however, other perks come with the upgrade, such as a one-day speed pass at the waterpark during the stay, breakfast at different restaurants, etc. (I do wish someone had told us about these perks instead of finding out toward the end of my stay which I reported to customer service Verona and Kevin which they told me I should have looked at the website etc and it was my fault not theirs and then they did offer to send me to work the following morning with a boxed breakfast which they forgot to do which would have been much appreciated (when I did bring it up with Kevin he said even though I told him that would be great he said someone told him I didn't want it which isn't true). It's a great property, but hopefully they get better staff who care about the experience.
Vamshi , excellent host and looked after us very well
3rd time - the service and facilities were still exceptional. There was no part of the hotel that I can fault, from the sumptious breakfast buffets (which the kids absolutely loved), to the guest services assisting with the plans to surprise my daughter on her birthday.
