Staycation and celebrating my birthday 🎂
The place is lovely and colourful. Excellent service starting from awarm and lovely welcome from the reception@Kat & team to a very clean and well organised room ( thanks to the housekeeping team) Breakfast was excellent with great service from the staff. The in-room dining was very active,always one call and you are sorted out. Dinner at the Mexican restaurant mostly the rice with seafood was more than yummy.Thanks to Micah, friendly hostess" A" sorry I forgot her lovely name + the entire team made my birthday memorable .
Well done team.Thanks for making my birthday special.

Amazing people made the breakfast amazing
Breakfast at ESB was truly the highlight of my day. The food was delicious, but what made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality from the team.
A heartfelt thank you to Nicole, Christine, Aaki, Anup, Malvin, Santhosh, and Pavithram for their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and for going above and beyond to make me feel so special. The surprise birthday cake was such a thoughtful gesture and made my celebration even more memorable.
It’s rare to come across a team that serves with such passion and sincerity. Thank you all for making my birthday morning so wonderful. I truly appreciate your kindness and look forward to visiting again!

Excellent stay
We had an amazing stay, and our dining experience was one of the highlights. We were served by Shahboz, Nadim, and Raj, who were attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional service throughout our meal. A special thank you to Eaindra, the hostess, for the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived.
The entire team made us feel truly valued and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail made both our stay and dining experience memorable. We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

Never Disappoints 🫶🏼
Been travelling to Dubai the last 10 years and only come access this hotel 7 years ago and since then been staying here every year it’s my go to hotel on the palm for a simple easy going nice hotel.
It’s a 4 star hotel but I believe you get a 5 star service here. Don’t get me wrong it’s not like these big extravagant Atlantis style hotels that’s why you don’t pay their prices to stay here!
rooms always clean, comfy bed, can always get a sun lounger round the pool which is big enough for a swim or just to float around to cool off.
You have a buffet style restaurant always something for everyone special mention to ‘Christine’ who brightens up my every morning ( thank you ) and to lots of other staff but don’t catch their names - also special mention to the lifeguard always so happy and helpful round the pool. There is a lovely Mexican restaurant on the roof who are always happy to to see me return ( lovely view and cocktails )
Only downfall at the present time is the sports bar being temporally filled as well as the Greek restaurant but like most things in Dubai at the moment but just happy to be here, looking forward to seeing them back open on my next visit.
The hotel is not ‘beach front’ but a lovely 2 minute stroll and great service there too. Still got another week to enjoy. Thank you everyone at Aloft Palm.
