Amazing Staff
This was our second time visiting, and once again, it lived up to the Marriott standard. As always, Meccah was the charm of our stay. He and his team went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and made us feel truly welcomed.
A special mention to Mariam from Luchador, who took the initiative to make my birthday extra special. We would also like to recognize Mico, Abijan, and Pathivaran, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!
Nice stay and just a few things to improve
We had a really nice stay. I especially want to thank the team for the room upgrade with the beautiful view. It was really appreciated and made our stay even better.
The only thing I think could be improved is the variety at breakfast and dinner. There weren’t many different options, so a little more variety would be great.
Also, when we checked out, unfortunately no one helped us with our luggage or with getting a taxi, so that part could definitely be improved.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back again. I’ll be happy to leave another review after my next visit. Thank you again for everything

Oh my goodness, still buzzing at Bhanu’s idea of our romantic dinner date, came out beyond what we expected. So grateful ❤️🙌🏾 I highly recommend Aloft Hotel Palm Jumeirah. Worth every penny spent! See you next year guys
Very disappointing – definitely our first and last stay
Unfortunately, our experience at Aloft Dubai was extremely disappointing, particularly as All-Inclusive guests.
Tonight is our last night, and once again we were extremely disappointed by the food selection. The advertised theme was Asian, but the buffet included items such as cheese on toast, lentil soup and nachos. We genuinely do not understand how these dishes can be classed as Asian cuisine. The selection was extremely poor, and we have never experienced such low-quality food during a stay in Dubai.
The choice and availability of food and drinks were also very poor. We were told we could choose between Becks or Heineken, only to request Becks and then be told they only had Heineken. On another occasion, we ordered sweet potato fries and were given chilli cheese fries instead, without anyone asking or informing us.
On one morning, the omelette we ordered was returned three times because it was not prepared as requested. I cannot understand how the failure to deliver what was ordered could happen repeatedly, despite the issue being pointed out each time.
The buffet was consistently disappointing, with a poor selection and very little variety. We were particularly shocked to arrive for dinner and find virtually the same food choices as the previous evening, despite the advertised themed dining.
The drinks and menu availability were another issue. Milkshakes were listed on the menu, but when I placed an order, I was simply told they were not available. We also ordered Diet Coke at the beach and were told they had none and that we should go to the pool bar.
Our Piña Colada was also substituted without consultation because the hotel had run out of the correct ingredients. At this point, it became extremely frustrating to repeatedly see items advertised on the menu, only to be told they were unavailable or substituted.
I did raise these concerns with the Manager, but unfortunately very little was done to resolve them or improve our experience.
The one real positive was Christine in the dining room, who was always friendly, helpful and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.
For us, paying for an All-Inclusive experience should mean having a reasonable choice of good-quality food and drinks, not constantly being told that items are unavailable or having orders substituted without consultation.
Aloft Dubai seriously needs to review its food and beverage offering, improve its stock availability and ensure that what is advertised is actually delivered. Sadly, this was our first and last stay.
