We went to east kitchen buffet restaurant and omg the staff over there they’re so lovely, and so hospitable. Big thanks to Anup for being so kind to us and as well as the whole team Sagar, Chaw and Melvin thank you everyone they truly knows what they’re doing for the guest going above and beyond to make us happy. Definitely will love to visit again and hope to see them there again. 🙏
Excellent hotel for a comfortable stay
We had a fantastic experience staying at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and hospitable. Everything was done so that we felt comfortable and really cared for throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sinrah, Shaw, Christine, Saw Yan and Bhanu for their kindness, professionalism and excellent service. We loved the hotel and the people who worked here. it is very clean and we had a good time travel to dubai and come back to the hotel where we knew we were welcome so i can say at the end i would do the same twice again
