Excellent hotel amazing food and restaurant
Very good location quiet part of the beach beach staff were so kind and tentative especially Tamsinthe food in the main restaurant was outstanding I am Gluten Free and they went above and beyond to help me with choices especially the managers I would highly recommend staying here it is one of our favourite hotels in Dubai and I have stayed in many I would love to say a very special thank you to the assistant manager Mohammed and two in the restaurant it really was a pleasure to see them daily they were so helpful
Excellent hotel very attentive staff
My whole experience at theHantoor was excellent I have stayed here many times and it only gets better the room are very modern and cleaned to perfection all the staff are amazing but there are a few I really must mention Tamsim on The beach who never fails to recognize us and helps in so many ways and the restaurant manager and Mohammed the assistant manager in the restaurant they both made sure we were looked after with our dietary needs as I am gluten free all in all a very welcoming stay

Bruhan was so kind and friendly. Gave me rides to the beach. Showed me where to get towels. Excellent place to stay!!!

Excellent Hotel & service
Great Hotel Having stayed at this hotel numerous times , Good location with 15 minutes walk to shops on the Jumeriah Walk Lovely big pool area Great pub on site The Underground Clean friendly and staff always willing to go above & beyond to make sure that we are looked after . Special thanks to Hussam-Ahmed ,Lary-Melang keeping us topped up with fabulous cocktails Mahatab who cleaned our room meticulously & all the pool staff Thank you for a wonderful holiday
