Great holiday and sightseeing hotel - high class experience
The Hotel is amazing. The staff is overwhelming. Romms as decribed and clean. Free water bottles on rooms on request. Pool is cooled, end of july the beach was tidy and clean but too hot we spend our time in the well managed pool are.
We hat had a food package which included breakfadt and lunch or dinner. We liked the concept ad id made our trip planning flexible to decide on a daily base if we had lunch or dinner in the hotel. Food for esch breakfast anf lunch as well as dinner was high class with no complaints.
Hassan the Pool attendand was a great help in any circumstances. We enjoyed the extra services at the pool as icecube pods for water, water spraying for cooling, even sunglass cleaning ;-) our kid enjoyed the water slopes.
Be careful with the taxi. Use the official caps with meters its the cheapest way. In front of if the hotel white private „taxis“ offer their service. They are more expensive and try to sell you tours while driving.

I woukd thank Ms.Maya for her great hospitality in hotel she was supportive and cooperative for all our needs and we had graet time in cleaning room with too fast room services

lovely pool bar, aayush was a brilliant server he was very generous and efficient. the pool also had a great ambience. overall customer experience was great and the staff is amazing.
