“A Truly Exceptional Stay – Where Hospitality Knows No ‘No’”
I had the pleasure of staying at St. Regis The Palm Dubai from 31st March to 2nd April, and it was truly a fantastic experience.
As it was my first stay here, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms are incredibly cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all amenities thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort.
The daily breakfast was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the personalized touch — the chefs prepared a delicious omelette exactly to my preference, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel’s location is a major advantage, being directly connected to the mall. It offers great convenience for shopping, dining, and leisure, all just steps away.
Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and efficient. I would especially like to highlight their exceptional hospitality — upon my request, they graciously allowed a complimentary late check-out until 6 PM due to my delayed flight.
What truly stands out is their service mindset — it genuinely feels like the word “No” does not exist here when it comes to guest satisfaction.
Overall, a luxurious and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again.
Experience at Del Mar
I went to Del Mar restaurant. It’s a Russian restaurant. It’s very nice! I had a really good experience there. The food was yummy and the drinks were delicious
A beautiful St.Regis Cafe on the first floor.
A lovely place to have a coffee or a dessert. Staff is super welcoming. Very beautiful interior.Rooms in the hotel are beautiful decorated in light colours. Cardia restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Amazing Dubai Hotel with direct mall access
The one St. Regis to stay in Dubai as it is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed.
Although we had a standard room, this hotel had our hearts melted. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we felt like royals in this hotel.
Located in the heart of the Palm right next to shopping mall. You could access the mall directly from the hotel lobby.
Breakfast was amazing with vast selection of food options.
The pool area had really comfortable sun beds with signature St. Regis towels and amenities.
Luxury property on trunk of the Palm
The St. Regis is located on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, attached to the Nakheel Mall. It sits inland on the Palm without direct beach access, though it does offer access to a nearby beach club for adults. If you're traveling with kids, there are many other properties on the Palm with direct, family-friendly beach access. There are two pool areas at the St. Regis (one on each side of the tower) outside of the Rüya and Cordelia restaurants, but both felt more like pools for the bars and restaurants than a hotel pool—waitstaff explicitly expected you to order something to use the lounge chairs.
Rooms are clean, with good views over the Palm. As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite member, I had a king room with a great view, but it was on the smaller side for luxury properties in Dubai, including what I've previously experienced at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai.
Service was wonderful throughout my stay, from the front desk to the front door team.
