We enjoyed a lot in the hotel and big thanks to Oli Rahman as he made our experience the best with best of hospitality he showed us. Oli we love you so much you we spent incredible days.
My second experience at the hotel.
This is my second review of The 8 Palm, and after my second stay, I can confidently say that this hotel has become my first choice in Dubai.
The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, but what makes it truly special is the staff. Their kindness, respect, cooperation, and genuine care for guests make such a difference. You can feel that they truly want you to be happy and satisfied throughout your stay.
A special thank you to Ali, the manager, for his personal attention and for making sure I was happy and satisfied during my vacation.
A very special thank you to Thiha as well, for his continuous care, excellent service, and wonderful attitude. In my opinion, Thiha is one of those employees who gives the hotel an excellent image and reputation. 👌🏾
I would also like to thank Hiba, Kaddija, Sumaha, and all the other team members who made my stay even more enjoyable with their kindness and smiles.
For me, the secret behind The 8 Palm’s success is not only the beautiful rooms, beach, or restaurant — it is the people behind the experience who give their best to make guests feel welcome and valued.
This was my second visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. Whenever I visit Dubai again, The 8 Palm will be my first choice, without hesitation. ❤️

Great experience
Amazing experience, suite was amazing, staff is very quick to respond, food is great and service too. Nathanial was the manager at the restaurant in the morning he made our experience extra comfortable and paid attention to every detail.
