Customer service was very poor, and several of our requests were ignored during our stay.
Very bad experience
A very disappointing experience. The service and front desk were unprofessional, the rooms were small and not clean, and the pool was extremely small and poorly maintained. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I received no recognition or service matching the standards expected from the brand. I do not recommend this hotel.
Place to Be
Very nice place! I often come and everytime, I enjoyed myself..the company and the service the staffs give is what makes my stay enjoyable, especially the boys, Alex, Jonathan, Hamza and Rinsad. Keep up the good work.
