A tremendous amount of gratitude to all the staff at the Th8.
They are all kind, humble, respectful, attentive to yout requirements and importantly have an impeccable duty of care towards there guests.
From reception, to room service, the lady at the coffee shop and the staff at the morning buffet 😋 and the valet parking team are just perfect.
A big shout out to all the female staff at Th8, they work incredibly hard 💪 👏 have a great personality, and beautiful 😍 not only on the outside, but importantly on the inside.
I have had the opportunity to stay and experience many hotels on the Palm 🌴. All, with beaches, continental breakfast all similar in someway. So, what made this particular 🤔 hotel standout to me is the staff.
Great work guys, if I could I would pack you all into my suitcase and take you with me back to the UK. Unfortunately, that can't happen 😕.
Keep up the goodwork.and the positivity 😇 you guys bring to Th8. I wish 🤞 I could mention each everyone of you by name.
Anyway, I need to stop writing ✍️. Fingers are getting tired 😫.
So, I will round it up by saying thank you.

They really did take care of me. It was like I had my own personal butler. They would makesure all my toiletries are stacked and placed in order. My clothes folded and hanged up. It was truly Amazing 👏 🤩 for the team to go an extra mile to make feel at home.
Every morning they would make you feel welcomed. They are not shy and they are willing to engage and have a sociable conversation. I guess this is what makes the Th8 stand out from the rest the team.
Furthermore I would like to say a big thank you Zahid the maintenance engineer, always on call to makesure everything is operating correctly in the room.
It wouldn't also be the same if I didn't mention Wajaht and Bhuwan for managing and keeping the car in a safe location and the general security to keep the guest safe.
Envy restaurant
The ENVY restaurant is wonderful—amazing food and a magnificent atmosphere! The staff is excellent; special thanks to Aman, Tripti, and Imran! Thank you for a lovely evening!
