Royal Central The Palm

I had an amazing experience at Royal Central Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Usman, the Duty Manager, for arranging a smooth and express check-in. The concierge team welcomed us warmly with a refreshing apple juice — such a nice gesture.

The location is perfect — the beach 🏖️ is right in front of the restaurant, and on weekends there’s a DJ Music, making it a great spot to enjoy music 🎶 and the lively atmosphere. The Chai Restaurant on the 9th floor offers a beautiful full sea ⛵ view and is the perfect place. Currently choi is closed. But they open for us to have a photos.

Housekeeping team is nice everyone. Thanks to staff who was on my floor. Sorry forgot the name. (Like start kushmn)

Overall, I had a truly enjoyable stay and have already recommended Royal Central Hotel to my friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Dubai

Me and my partner have just returned from 8 nights at this hotel and our experience was incredible.

Firstly I want to talk about how friendly and accommodating the staff are at the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after and remember little touches such as how you have your coffee in the morning to preparing your favourite cocktail. Shila in the restaurant on an evening was always so incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We stayed all inclusive and the food was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten at an all inclusive. There was always a salad option, fruit, desserts and a selection of main meals which always included a variety of meat and fish as well as a different live station each day preparing different food. My favourite of the stay was the chicken tacos. Breakfast was always delicious too. Again there was a live station preparing different types of eggs and there was always a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, fruit and hot food such as sausage and bacon. The pool bar served food from 12-5pm and this was a different selection of light bites each day as well as a pasta option. We ate from here 3 times and again the food was outstanding. There was plenty of option and variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and staff were always attentive at replenishing drinks and delivering them to our sun beds.

The rooms are gorgeous, very clean and spacious. The room included a fridge, safe, iron and ironing board as well as toiletries which was perfect because I’d forgotten some stuff! We stayed on the side of the hotel and had a partial sea view which meant our balcony was a bit small but it was great for drying clothes as it was far too hot to sit out. Our room was always topped up with bottles of water and the cleaner always did a fantastic job and making the room absolutely spotless.

On the evening of my birthday I returned to the room to a dessert with a birthday message and a card which was a lovely touch and really thoughtful.

The hotel is right on the beach and has plenty of sun loungers and this was the same for around the pool, we never struggled to get a sun bed. We did choose to spend more time by the pool as the pool was cold, so more refreshing after sitting in the sun. Because the palm is a man made island there’s not much movement of the sea so it is very warm, the sand can also be quite rough to get in and out of the sea.

The hotel is located on the eastern side of the Palm so it can take about 30 minutes to reach the main land. On the journey you pass some incredible hotels like both Atlantis hotels. It’s very easy to get a taxi from the hotel but price varies depending on the time of day.

The only negative I have to say about this hotel is there’s no where to sit past 10.30pm and have a drink. The pool bar stops serving at 8pm and the restaurant shuts at 10.30pm meaning there is no where to sit and have a drink or play a card game meaning if you didn’t go out into the city, you were back up to your room.

All in all this was an absolutely fantastic stay and has left us with some amazing memories of Dubai that we can’t wait to return. This hotel really is a hidden gem!
