Our arrangement was wonderful organised by Mr Shehrooz from Arb Yachts . Kind and gentle he was the best travel advisor in Dubai and he made dinner cruise booking with very good food concerts . All over superb experience Highly recommended

It was really a wonderful experience at Radisson Hotel . Especially mention Mr Shehrooz Noman at ARB Yachts who really took care of me and ensured everything was perfect , he is really kind and friendly , I would recommend everyone tourist to book from Shehrooz From ARB yachts and rental.

I was promised a refund for a Jet Car experience that I booked through the hotel and was told that I would receive the refund within 2–3 days.
It has now been three weeks, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact Shez, the person who arranged the excursion, he avoids addressing the issue or providing any clear update.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. It feels as though, now that I have returned to the UK, they believe I will simply forget about the money owed to me. I certainly will not.
Apart from this issue, I had a great time in Dubai. Unfortunately, the way this refund has been dealt with has completely overshadowed my experience.
I expect my refund to be processed immediately, along with a clear explanation as to why it has taken three weeks despite being promised within 2–3 days.

The hotel is superb and breakfast was very delicious . We stayed in 633 at Palm Raddison
Special mention the guy at Arb yachts by Mr Shehrooz .
It was a wounderful experince for Jetski we drove to Palm Atlantis & Burj Al Arab Tour .
