Disappointing
I had a bad experience right from the start. When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn’t ready, so I had to leave my luggage at the reception desk. Once the room was finally available and my bags were brought up, I was shocked to discover that more than €2,500 was missing from my bag. I immediately notified the hotel, and they started an "investigation," but it yielded no results. They even asked me to check if I had accidentally left the money at home. However, that was impossible, as there was still about €450 left in the bag. What felt incredibly strange was that the luggage handler disappeared the very next day, and I never saw him again. I am absolutely convinced my money was stolen during that time, as it was the only moment I left my bag unattended, and I confirmed there was no extra cash left back at home. I am deeply disappointed by how this incident was handled.
Highly recommend Hotel in the Palm
Our stay was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff, especially Mr. Rakan and his Team from Front Desk who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The room and hotel amenities were top notch and luxurious, making our getaway both relaxing and perfectly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless getaway.

The hotel was nice in a good location being there you are next to the View and Atlantis is so close JBR also
