Regularly stay here for months at a time. I have been fortunate to travel extensively and they accommodate me, my family and my guests like no one else.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Marriott management for selecting such an outstanding customer service team. I would especially like to thank Sayan, who provided exceptional service throughout my experience. He was professional, attentive, and supportive every step of the way until my issue was completely resolved.
He also contacted the booking company on my behalf and handled every detail with great care and professionalism, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly.

Our family has had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, and I wanted to take the time to recognise what truly makes this hotel stand out: its people.
The facilities, beach, pools, restaurants and views are all excellent and exactly what you would hope for from a resort on the Palm. However, what made our stay genuinely memorable was the incredible level of care and hospitality shown by every single member of staff we encountered.
It is very rare to stay somewhere where every interaction is positive, but that was genuinely our experience here. Whether it was housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant staff, pool attendants, beach staff or the Kids Club team, every member of staff treated us with kindness, warmth and professionalism. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and everyone seemed genuinely invested in making sure our family had the best possible experience.
As parents travelling with a young child, one thing that stood out above everything else was how kind and caring the staff were towards our little one. They consistently took the time to engage with him, make him smile and ensure he felt welcome. Those small gestures make a huge difference to a family holiday and did not go unnoticed.
We also experienced a minor issue with our room during our stay, which we raised with the housekeeping team. While issues can happen at any hotel, what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. The response was swift, professional and genuinely guest-focused. Multiple solutions were offered, our views were considered throughout, and the team went out of their way to ensure we remained comfortable and happy. The level of care shown turned what could have been a negative experience into an example of exceptional customer service.
A special thank you goes to Roshan from the Housekeeping team, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His professionalism, attentiveness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated and are a credit to the hotel.
A special mention must also go to the breakfast team. Every morning we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, helping us start each day in the best possible way. We would particularly like to recognise Sapna, Tejal, Yati, Tun, Aurora and Christine. Each of them are a credit to the Marriott brand and played a part in making our stay so enjoyable.
We would also like to extend our thanks to the Kids Club team, especially Miss Haddy. The care, energy and enthusiasm they showed towards the little one was truly fantastic and gave us complete confidence that our son was in great hands.
Throughout our stay, we constantly found ourselves commenting on how attentive, friendly and helpful the staff were. It is clear that Marriott has built a culture where guest experience genuinely matters, and the result is a resort that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
Thank you to everyone who looked after our family during our stay. You have helped create some wonderful memories, and we would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone looking for a family-friendly stay in Dubai.

Amazing location with amazing staffs! The atmosphere of the hotel is very tidy and the rooms are very cozy! The value and essence of the entire stay was worth it. I barely heard any disturbance in the noise level. Laventera had a lovely buffet for breakfast and dinner! Ms Christine and Ms Htun were very cooperative and welcoming!
