Outstanding Housekeeping and Pool Service – Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah

We would like to give a huge thank you to the incredible housekeeping and pool teams at Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah, who went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing, comfortable, and truly memorable.

A special mention goes to Housekeeping Supervisor Upendra and team members Noman and Sha, who did an amazing job keeping our room spotless, clean, and tidy throughout our stay. They ensured everything was refreshed to an excellent standard and provided incredibly fast, professional service. Their attention to detail and hard work made a real difference to our experience and helped us fully enjoy our time at the hotel.

We would also like to recognise the fantastic pool staff, Abdul, Bikram, and Amar, who made our days by the pool so enjoyable. They reserved our sunbeds every morning, provided fresh, clean towels, and ensured we always had lovely, cold bottled water to keep us refreshed throughout the day. They were always cheerful, friendly, and happy to have a chat, while regularly checking on our well-being and making sure we had everything we needed.

What really stood out about both teams was their genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. They made us feel welcomed and well looked after every day, and their excellent service genuinely enhanced our overall experience at Kempinski.

Thank you, Upendra, Noman, Sha, Abdul, Bikram, and Amar, for all your hard work and kindness. You are a real credit to the hotel, and we hope your efforts are recognised. Staff members like you are what make a luxury hotel stay truly special, and we would happily recommend Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah based on the wonderful service we received.

Our stay at the Kempinski was wonderful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the people. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the incredible employees who create the experience and make guests feel genuinely cared for.

I would especially like management to recognize several members of the team who went above and beyond for our family. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care deserve to be acknowledged and, in my opinion, rewarded.

Mr. Dinesh from Brunello Restaurant deserves special recognition. My daughter has celiac disease, and dining while travelling can sometimes be stressful for her. Mr. Dinesh took her dietary needs incredibly seriously and personally made sure she was safe and well taken care of. His attention, patience and care gave us something priceless as parents: peace of mind. He made my daughter feel comfortable and looked after, rather than making her feel like a difficult guest. We are extremely grateful to him.

Mr. Mandir from Brunello Restaurant was another example of outstanding service. He remembered what we liked to eat and drink, even without us having to ask. That kind of attention to detail is what transforms good service into exceptional hospitality. He made us feel as though we were not simply guests, but genuinely welcomed and remembered.

I would also like to mention the lovely receptionist at Brunello Restaurant, whose warmth and kindness added to our experience every time we saw her. Her welcoming attitude and beautiful smile made us feel at home.

Mr. Shuhrat deserves special thanks as well. When my daughter had difficulty finding the ATM, he personally accompanied her and made sure she was able to find it safely. It was such a simple act, but it showed genuine concern and kindness. These are the moments guests remember long after they leave a hotel.

And then there is Mr. Mohamed from Reception — what a wonderful person! He was always smiling, warm and helpful. He even helped us by bringing our groceries. Nothing ever seemed like a burden to him. His kindness felt completely genuine, and every interaction with him made our stay a little better.

Our housekeeping team, Mr. P. Upenda and Mr. Norman Shadat, also deserve recognition. Our room was left absolutely spotless every day. They worked quietly and professionally, and their attention to detail was excellent. We truly appreciated the care they put into making our room feel perfect when we returned. The excellent team of the parking/external reception is also memorable - they work in that heat and are always so polite and welcoming!! Always smiling!

I sincerely hope that the management of Kempinski takes the time to recognize each of these employees individually. They are the kind of employees every luxury hotel should be proud of — professional, attentive, compassionate and genuinely committed to making guests happy. Please make sure that Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Mandir, the wonderful Brunello receptionist, Mr. Shuhrat, Mr. Mohamed, Mr. P. Upenda and Mr. Norman Shadat and the parking staff know how much their efforts meant to our family. I hope their exceptional service is recognized by management and that they receive the appreciation and reward they truly deserve.
