A long family home-Like stay
We stayed at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah with our family for a whole month, and overall we really enjoyed our time here.
For a long stay, the apartment format was especially convenient. We had two separate bedrooms, a living room and our own kitchen, so there was plenty of space and it felt much more comfortable than staying in a regular hotel room.
What we appreciated most was the service. The staff were always attentive, and whenever something came up, they genuinely helped and found a solution. Housekeeping was also consistently good throughout the month. The apartment was cleaned every day, there was an evening turndown service, and the team was always flexible about coming at a time that worked for us. Special thanks to Quddus and his teammate who took great care of our apartment during the stay.
Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed the pool. The only thing is that it closes at 7 p.m., and sometimes we wished we could stay there a little longer in the evening.
All in all, it was a very comfortable month for our family, and we were especially happy with how well the hotel team looked after us.

the housekeeping team was perfect, my room was always perfectly clean. The supervisor Bhanu and Ramandeep and Shamim (i don’t know if the names are well written sorry..) they did a really good job. thank you
