Our stay was phenomenal, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the entire team. Seewa at reception gave us a seamless, warm welcome right from the start. Umar and Titus were outstanding bellboys—always energetic, prompt, and friendly every time we came and went. A special thank you to Shino at concierge, who was a total lifesaver! When a wallet was misplaced, he went above and beyond to track it down and safely retrieve it. Finally, Nurhesti made a lasting impression with her genuine warmth, graciousness, and exceptional care. This team represents service at its finest. We can’t wait to return!
