From the moment we arrived, we knew we were going to have an unforgettable vacation. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are of an outstanding standard, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the buffet is simply amazing—delicious, varied, and incredibly generous.
What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. Their warm welcome, genuine smiles, kindness, and willingness to help make all the difference.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Samit, Amit, who gave us the most wonderful welcome with his infectious smile from the very first moment, as well as to Firoz and the all team restaurant the Mowsem. Every interaction with them was a pleasure. They are attentive, professional, and always ready to help with genuine kindness that is becoming increasingly rare.
A very special thank you also goes to Zin Zin at the Zing Pool Bar. Despite the intense heat, she is always smiling, incredibly attentive, and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Her positive attitude and dedication truly deserve to be recognized.
We would also like to thank the valet parking team for their efficiency, professionalism, and warm welcome every single day, as well as the housekeeping staff, whose outstanding work kept our room spotless throughout our stay.
