Our stay at C Central Hotel The Palm in Dubai was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully located, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and easy access to everything. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed—exactly what you’d hope for when staying somewhere special.
The food was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Every meal felt like a treat.
What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention goes to Johnson, the concierge, who went above and beyond by arranging for our luggage to be transported to our next hotel using the hotel’s car. That level of care and service really stood out.
We felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
“This hotel does not deserve to be called a 5-star hotel. The entire experience was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived until check-out. The food quality was terrible, the service was awful, and the staff and management made us feel completely unwelcome.
The restaurant service was one of the worst parts of our stay. The food quality was extremely poor for a luxury hotel, with very limited choices and no proper standards. We paid extra for all-inclusive, but honestly it felt like we paid for nothing. Totally not worth the money.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the restaurant manager and staff. They looked unhappy and irritated to serve guests. When we requested food, the manager came with a very bad attitude, placed the food on the table without even speaking properly, and walked away without any courtesy, respect, or professionalism. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. It felt like serving guests was a burden to them.
There was also obvious miscommunication between the staff and management, which created confusion and frustration during our stay. Instead of making guests feel valued, they made us feel ignored and unwelcome.
For the amount we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Everything from the food, hospitality, customer service, and management was far below 5-star standards. Very disappointing, stressful, and a total waste of money.”
Very disappointing overall experience. The food quality was a complete disaster and absolutely not acceptable for a luxury 5-star hotel. From lunch until dinner, the food had very poor quality, very limited variety, and terrible service. Paying extra for all-inclusive was a waste of money because the experience did not match what was promised.
The customer service from the restaurant staff, reception, and management was very poor and unprofessional. Although the manager tried to assist, there was obvious miscommunication between the staff and management. One staff member kept saying the manager was not allowing something, while the manager later said he would check it. This kind of poor coordination made us feel unvalued as guests.
I’ll start with the positives:
MAIN ISSUE- The Music: The music was vulgar and inappropriate, constantly swearing, saying the n word and inappropriate sexual language on repeat in-front of many children. On our first day, we asked on 4 different occasions for it to be turned down whilst starving (see reasoning below) and they just wouldn’t turn it down. It reminded us of when we were at a clubbing hotel in Magaluf aged 18.
