Our experience at the Royal Club Sea Lounge at Atlantis The Royal has been absolutely outstanding.

Of course, the setting itself is breathtaking — the beautiful surroundings, the stunning views, the immaculate facilities, and the atmosphere are all truly exceptional. But what really makes this place stand out is the service and, above all, the people.

The entire team is incredibly attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone deserves recognition for the exceptional service they provide. We would, however, like to give a very special mention to Rahman, Ahmad, and Shenal, who have been absolutely outstanding. Their attentiveness, friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care have made our experience even more special.

More generally, Atlantis The Royal is simply on another level. The entire hotel, its design, atmosphere, facilities, and especially the level of service are exceptional and, in our opinion, clearly set it apart from Atlantis The Palm. The Royal has a completely different feel and standard and truly stands out.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience and feel that the wonderful staff are what truly bring this incredible hotel to life. It is their dedication and hospitality that make us want to return again and again.

Our stay at Atlantis The Royal was exceptional from beginning to end and exceeded every expectation.

We were generously upgraded to room 31668, and a member of the Guest Relations team personally escorted us to the room. She was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming, immediately making us feel like valued guests. When we entered the room, we were absolutely amazed. It was beautifully designed, exceptionally spacious and luxurious in every detail. The wonderful surprise of champagne, chocolates, sweets and fresh fruit waiting for us made our arrival even more special.

I have stayed at many leading five-star luxury hotels and resorts, including regularly staying at Jumeirah properties, but this was undoubtedly the finest room and overall hotel experience I have ever had.

What impressed us most was the consistently impeccable service. Every member of staff we encountered was attentive, courteous and highly professional. The reception team made everything effortless, Guest Relations were outstanding, and the staff throughout the restaurants, beach and public areas could not have done more for us. The service felt polished and refined, yet always natural and sincere.

The lobby is magnificent—spacious, elegant and impressive, while still retaining a warm and lively atmosphere. The entire hotel has been designed on an extraordinary scale, but it never feels cold or impersonal.

The beach was equally outstanding: beautifully maintained, peaceful and complemented by excellent service. It provided the perfect place to relax while still enjoying the exceptional standards found throughout the resort.

The restaurants are of an extremely high calibre, but the breakfast in the main buffet restaurant deserves particular praise. It was simply unbelievable. The variety and quality of the food were unlike anything we had experienced elsewhere. The choice seemed endless, the presentation was beautiful, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Breakfast became one of the highlights of each day.

Atlantis The Royal represents luxury hospitality at its very best. The spectacular room, beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities and, above all, the remarkable staff created an unforgettable experience for my family and me.

We will most certainly return. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai and the finest hotel experience my family and I have ever enjoyed.
