Our stay at The Royal Atlantis was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, everything was at another level — the stunning ambience, beautiful surroundings, incredible food and, most importantly, the exceptional service throughout the entire hotel.

As we stayed in a Club Room, we spent quite a lot of time in the Club Lounge, and this truly became the highlight of our stay. The service was absolutely exceptional. Nourin and Fammi were outstanding. What impressed us most was that they learned our names from the very first day and continued to address us by our names throughout our entire 8-day stay. That level of personal attention made us feel genuinely welcomed, recognised and cared for. They were always warm, attentive, professional and incredibly friendly.

Haider was also wonderful and consistently provided exceptional service, always making sure everything was perfect for us.

A very special mention must go to Jetti, the Club Manager, who personally came to introduce himself and let us know that if we needed absolutely anything, we simply had to ask. That personal touch really stood out and perfectly reflects the level of hospitality at The Royal Atlantis.

We were also beautifully looked after by Zaw Hein and Alex at Gastronomy, who provided wonderful service and contributed to making our dining experiences so enjoyable. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the attention to detail was exceptional.
