Perfect Anniversary Stay with Outstanding Service from Aya
This was our first visit to both this property and Dubai, and it was the perfect stopover while celebrating our anniversary before our long journey home to the USA. We stayed in a suite in the Sunset Tower, which was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary treat that made our stay extra special.
On our first evening, we enjoyed a bottle of wine at Elements while watching the beautiful Fire & Water show. The highlight of the evening was our server, Aya. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel so well taken care of. To top it all off, she surprised us with a delicious raspberry tart to celebrate our anniversary. The tarte paired perfectly with our wine and was such a thoughtful gesture.
Our experience exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this resort. A special thank you to Aya for making our anniversary celebration so memorable!

Incredible experience, from the beginning to the end. Atlantis the Royal lounge is like no Royal is like no other Sahdev and Rehman are the most attentive people ever !

Worst experience
I stayed at Atlantis The Royal with my sister, and to say we had a terrible experience would be an understatement.
The staff came across as racist, classist, condescending, and completely unwilling to accommodate even reasonable requests. Instead of feeling welcomed at what is marketed as a “world class luxury hotel”, we felt judged and dismissed throughout our stay.
For a property of this caliber and price point, the level of hospitality was deeply disappointing. Luxury is not just about the building or amenities, it's about how guests are treated, and Atlantis The Royal failed on that front.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my experience, it is incredibly overrated and simply does not live up to its reputation.
