Stay with my daughter
I liked very much the restaurant the Mekong (service is really nice and staff very kind, special thanks to Soe Nay), the prémices around the pool are nice, beach as well. Rooms with access to lagoons look OK but the ones located in the north residence are a bit apart with empty and sad corridors, empty kind of reception so it feels like there is a part of the hotel for wealthy people and the other part dedicated to the not wealthy ones! But the second category has access to pools, restaurants etc, it’s just a matter of atmosphere… We stayed 4 nights at Sofitel Marina juste before and the value for money was much better.

Summer staycation with family
Please ensure that the room AC is well maintained and functions efficiently. Also, any planned restaurant closures due to maintenance should be updated on the booking portal in advance so that customers are aware before making reservations or choosing their stay dates.

Celebration
Our stay was exceptional, with the highlight being the direct balcony access to the 24-hour lagoon pool. Stepping straight from our room into the crystal-clear water was an unforgettable experience. The lagoon offered a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day, but it became truly magical at night.
