Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Special thanks to Abu, Ella, Natasha, and Nor at the front desk for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They made check-in seamless and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. They were absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and attentive. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I hope I spelled everyone's name correctly and didn't leave anyone out! Highly recommended!
Amazing Service & Great Family Accommodation
The drop off area for valet infront of the reception has a small turn, we had to reverse-forward a lot of times to fit our truck but overall the customer service, staff, food and experience is really amazing. We're a fam of 5 & stayed in a 1 bedroom w/ sofa bed. They were kind enough to do this compared to the other hotels I've inquired who wanted us to book for 2 rooms since we're 5.

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Reception Team
I had an excellent stay at Aparthotel Adagio Premium The Palm. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
I would especially like to thank Nwe, Natasha, Ella, Youn, and Abu for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help at every opportunity. They consistently greeted me with a smile, handled every request efficiently, and made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
Their outstanding service is a great reflection of the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

Had amazing 2nd visit at Adiago Premium Palm had Ana wonderful staff Natasha and Winnie they were amazing Natasha gave me a free upgrade to Balcony room and also stay until 3pm without any extra pay. That’s was exceptional … HTASS OFFF Adiago amazing staff amazing hotel amazing experience
