Based on my recent visit, I rate this hotel 10/10. Firstly, at reception, there was an Arabic-speaking employee whose service was exceptionally professional. Secondly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Thirdly, the staff at breakfast were outstanding, especially Amr. My children also thoroughly enjoyed the kids' club, and the employee there was very kind and caring. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Nomad Resturant
It was really nice to have a breakfast in Nomad restaurant. It surrounded with a very friendly atmosphere and helpful waitress such as , Keith , Shristi , Win, Christine and Amr (thank you all)
Fabulous Hospitality
Good stay with ambience Chef Arshad is a kind humble man with good cooking skills and all other staff members are very gentle and committed to their duties.
