Excellent Service from Ben at Reception!
I would like to give special thanks to Ben at the reception desk for his excellent service and professionalism. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Ben went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and pleasant experience. His positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. He made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

A Memorable Stay at LEGOLAND Dubai ❤️
We had such an amazing stay at LEGOLAND Dubai! 🧱✨ There was so much to enjoy, and the overall experience was even better because of the wonderful staff and the great amenities available.
A special thank you to Sharon, our waiter, whose service was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Samson at the Playhouse also deserves a special mention for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. And Shree at reception was always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Their service really made our stay feel special.
The hotel has some great amenities, including the swimming pool, Playhouse, Mini Land and the different LEGO-themed activities and play areas. There is so much for children to enjoy, but adults can also have a really nice time experiencing everything with them.
The hotel was extremely clean. We didn’t see litter, papers or rubbish lying around, and the spaces were clearly well maintained and regularly cleaned. The noise level was also perfect — not too loud and not too quiet. It was just right for a family holiday and allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves.
We also really appreciated how accommodating the hotel was. They allowed us to change rooms, which meant we got to experience two different rooms during one trip, and both experiences were amazing! 🥰
In terms of value for money, we found the package very reasonable and affordable considering everything that was included. We definitely felt that we got a lot for what we paid.
The location is quite secluded from the main city and other attractions, but honestly, it makes sense because the whole area is designed around family entertainment, theme parks and activities for children. So if you’re coming specifically for LEGOLAND and the surrounding attractions, the location works perfectly.
Overall, we had such a memorable experience. Between the amazing staff, cleanliness, amenities, peaceful atmosphere and value for money, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend LEGOLAND Dubai to anyone looking for a fun, clean and family-friendly experience in Dubai! ❤️🧱✨
