Follow the Jebel Ali / Abu Dhabi signboards from the airport until you reach Sheikh Zayed Road. Continue straight ahead until you have passed Jebel Ali Village and the first entrance of the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Take the exit that directs you to the JAFZA gates exit thirteen. A dream holiday to remember
We have just got back from a wonderful 11 day stay at the Palm Tree Court. From our arrival to when we left the staff were amazing. It is hard to pick out people but the reception staff were always glad to help you. Dev on the beach looked after us all day from having our sunbeds ready 1st thing and always on hand bringing our drinks. All the restaurant staff were very attentive and always on hand and never without a smile.
The food was especially good and the White Orchid was the best restaurant, closely followed by Sette and then the smoking gun. After dinner it was nice to relax in the bar area and listen to Anna playing on the piano.
The whole hotel was clean and had an army of staff working to keep the whole area a pleasure to stay and also walk about in.
It is a shame that world events have affected tourism in Dubai as they desperately need to have the tourists back, despite the hotel being quite the staff never lost that personal touch.
This was our second visit to the resort, our first being 9 years ago, we certainly won’t be leaving it that long to go back again.
I would certainly have no reservations about recommending the JA Resort and especially the Palm Tree Court if you want 5* treatment in 5* surroundings.

Fabulous stay
The resort is fabulous. Very remote but there is plenty to do and taxi’s into the centre are very reasonable. The staff were all fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were very clean and we had a fabulous sea view. Lakmal at the pool bar was brilliant, as were ibrahim, Emanuel and team. We had a fabulous stay.

Great stay
Fabulous trip to the JA. Lakmal on the pool bar was fantastic. Great with my daughter ordering ice creams and drinks for herself. He was always happy to help and his service was amazing. He also makes a mean Pinà Colada.
