Staff and Service Amazing
Massive thanks to all the staff who made our holiday so memorable. There are so many people to name and thank ,but a few really went above and beyond. First you are greeted by Bam who sorts your luggage and buggy rides to golf etc.We had an amazing lad from housekeeping called Jas who’s towel art is to behold.Also Dinesh and Sunhil at Tamar. The amazing Dev and Martin who made sure you were shaded all day and if you want the perfect mojito then Micheal is your man superb !!!!.Lastly Fernando,who checked twice a day that all was good.All the staff should be name checked including all the folk at the golf course alas this is impossible, There are many newer hotels in Dubai but if amazing service,food and beautiful gardens are for you then JA Palm Tree Court is for you. We have been visiting for 28 years…… says it all…… thanks again see you in June

relaxing staycation
nice getaway in dubai. staff are accommodating and friendly. raju our buggy driver is nice and gave us a tour around the JA resort. there’s a lot of pools and activities and you can go to the beach. the area is quiet and peaceful. we’d definitely come back. its a good staycation

Amina is amazing
Amina is absolutely amazing. Makes the best strawberries daiquiris. Makes it so personal by remembering your name and drink. She’s definitely made our trip special.
Tamr pool really nice
Amina was so friendly and helpful at the Tamr pool. Makes the best cocktails especially a strawberry daiquiri.

Amazing stay!
This hotel offers the perfect balance—you are right in the heart of everything with an amazing location, yet the moment you step inside, it feels like a quiet, private sanctuary. The serenity and focus on privacy made it a truly relaxing escape. Impeccable service and beautiful rooms. Can’t wait to return! Special mentions to - Mina - who made our stay even wonderful by arranging fabulous room decoration for our anniversary & by accepting our late checkout request. Lakmal - who gave amazing service. He was so friendly & humble, gave us very good discounts, and recommended a wonderful mocktail. Kim - Gem of a person! Keeps her words & knows what she is doing. Made our horse riding experience wonderful.
