JA Lake View Hotel

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at JA Lake View Hotel for two nights. The hotel is beautifully maintained, modern, and exceptionally clean.

A special mention to Menchie, who provided extraordinary and personalized service throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care truly made the experience feel special and went above and beyond what we expected. The birthday set up and the surprise flute performance was definitely out of the box.

Our sincere thanks as well to Diana for the warm welcome and accommodation. Her hospitality made everything smooth especially when it comes to recommendation on where to go and eat within the resort.

Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about its guests with warm smiles all the time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend JA Lake View Hotel!

I recently stayed at JA Lake View Hotel for my birthday, and honestly, I had such a lovely stay. What stood out the most was how the staff made me feel genuinely special, not just as a guest, but especially for my birthday.

Diana, the Hotel Manager, was really helpful from the booking until check-out and made sure everything went smoothly. Menchie from Guest Relations also deserves a special mention. She arranged the birthday setup in our room, checked on us throughout our stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even surprised me with a flute performance on my birthday, which I honestly didn’t expect and really made my day.

Diana and Menchie definitely stood out, but I also want to appreciate the rest of the team—from housekeeping and reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you could really feel the effort they put into making our stay enjoyable.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at JA Lake View Hotel. Thank you to the whole team for making my birthday extra special. I’d definitely be happy to come back.
