Lovely staycation calm and peaceful place. Had a concern they were happy to resolve. Welcoming atmosphere, wide place and many pools and an aqua park.
Good experience and pleasant staycation
This is our one of favorite hotel. People are friendly. Usually they were flexible with your requests. Also want to say big thanks for Sulith who is always friendly and supportive. I forgot my bag and sons toys in the pool. Within few hours we get it back.

We recently stayed at JA Beach Hotel for two nights during last weekend of June to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. Before our arrival, I called the hotel early in the morning to confirm our booking, which I had made through Booking.com. Sulith answered my call, confirmed everything, and was very helpful and professional. When we arrived at the hotel, everything had already been arranged, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Since we were celebrating our daughter's birthday, she received a lovely birthday surprise during our stay. We later found out that Sulith had thoughtfully arranged it, which made the occasion even more special. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made our visit memorable. Thank you, Sulith, and the entire team at JA Beach Hotel, for making our family celebration so special. We look forward to visiting again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Fun and memorable experience
This is my first time in this country UAE, originally from the Philippines, and the accomodation is very good. The place is very beautiful and nice as well as the view at the beach, the crew and staff are very kind too. If I were given a chance to go back here for the second time, I would love to be here again.
