Overall, the stay was average, so I would rate it 3 stars. However, the housekeeping service stood out because of Kogulan. He was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and hospitable throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness made a positive difference to our experience. I highly recommend Kogulan for his excellent service.
Good stay with great service and convenience
The location is fantastic and everything is easily accessible. A special thank you to the receptionist (whose name I missed) for the lovely room upgrade to the 29th floor! Though the suite felt a bit smaller in person than it appeared in the photos, the stay was overall very good.
The food was delicious, and Koguhan from HK made our experience even better with such polite and accommodating service. While the atmosphere could use a slight touch-up, we really enjoyed our time here.
