Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended
We had a wonderful stay at The First Collection Marina, Dubai from the 2nd of September-6th of September , and I would especially like to highlight Mahmoud and Suleman from Reception.
Both Mahmoud and Suleman were truly exceptional. They were incredibly kind, professional, patient and welcoming throughout our stay. Most importantly, they went above and beyond to make sure our autistic son was comfortable and properly accommodated. Their understanding, compassion and genuine care made such a difference to our family, and we are truly grateful to them.
Mahmoud and Suleman are a real credit to the hotel. Their outstanding customer service made us feel valued, welcomed and very well looked after throughout our stay.
We would also like to thank the reception team member who kindly upgraded our room free of charge. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their name, but we really appreciate the generous gesture and excellent service.
A special thank you as well to Hammad and Kamal for their kindness and helpfulness during our stay.
I would definitely recommend The First Collection Marina to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service and wonderful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful experience
We had an easy amazing stay. Friendly and approachable staff. James made sure our rooms were always cleaned and neatly done. Meals at the Blacksmith restaurant were mouth watering
