Luxurious and well located.
Very luxurious hotel. Booked standard room but upgraded to a suite which provided 2 bathrooms, king bed and seperate lounge. Breakfast offerings much the same as any large hotel. All amenities provided. Right in Deira district so handy for tourists. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

Good for family or business stay
Overall experience was vr good for 3 of us,the room size was enough for a few days stay to visit nearby souk. Metro access is just behind the hotel,2 mins walk at most.Going to the Gold souk is about 12mins walk,navigating thru some busy road but there are proper crossings available for pedestrian.The hotel seems new and location is vr good.The room also seems new,comfy bed and clean. Novotel os the only hotel rated 4-star in this area which offer bigger size room.There are 2 Ibis Styles hotels nearer to the souq but the room size is smaller,less than 20msq. We got the waterfront view which is nice but there is also busy highway next to it so no choice. Going to Dubai Mall will require 2 metro lines(red/green lines) so a bit inconvenience (the same going to DXB). Improvements/concerns there are a few. 1.Lobby is small to accommodate check-in/out of guests and hope they can provide more sitting places/benches. 2. The bathtub is higher than normal height for children and there is no handle to grab when stepping out of shower, could pose risk even to adult if not careful. 3. Breakfast variety is limited with one hidden egg station.They could do better in terms of food choices. But in an overall,everything is good and ok.

Untrained staff
Pillows blankets towels are all not cleaned well. Many times even though you request a room make up, they just skip and if they do they always forget to renew or refill the supplies in the room, towels, shampoo, body wash, bed and pillows sheets! Also for the breakfast the service is very bad and overall attention to cleanness and hygiene is very low, the staff tries to only clean the visible things so the guest don't complain. I definitely think some staff from some nationality needs more training specially when it comes to the standard of cleaning and hygiene. Unfortunately this decline I started to realize it in many Dubai hotels including this one.

Great Hotel. Great overall staff. Especially Housekeeper Basant made the room always look spotless and welcoming while being cheerful same time.

Receptiovery good stay reception dileepa and hakeem very frindly ´house keeping also very good .restitqant food is amewin.very good expiriyance i will back to this hotel again .thanks dileepa and hakeem again.well located hotel neat to gold souk metro all the area near to the hotel i will recononf this hotel to my peol also ´really i recommande the hotel
