Hospitality Done Right
Every visit to the Waldorf Astoria DIFC reminds me why I keep coming back.
Dennis always greets guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, and even small touches, like welcoming you at the taxi and opening the door, make you feel truly looked after.
A big thank you as well to Neville for recommending Bull & Bear for a business lunch. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional and made for a perfect meeting spot.
Thank you to Dennis, Neville, and the entire team for consistently delivering such a memorable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Waldorf Astoria DIFC to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.

Highly recommend
I had a stay at this hotel in June and it was so good, I literally created a Tripadvisor account just to review it. The customer service here was incredible, staff were incredibly professional yet friendly and there was really good recognition of Hilton status (if you’re a silver member or above, you’ll be really well taken care of here). Special mention to Muhammad and Stacy on the front desk but honestly every member of staff here was excellent.
To give you an example, I didn’t tell the staff that it was my birthday but they knew anyway and all of them greeted me with a Happy Birthday! They even went to the trouble of telling the kitchen staff who made me a special breakfast meal and really elevated the stay for me.
My room was excellent, the views were fantastic and the swimming pool was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, my only regret is not staying here longer. Off peak, prices were around $220/£180/€210 a night, absolutely worth every penny. The rooms are good for both business and leisure and the location is excellent for getting around the city.
Exceptional Hotel
This wasn't my first stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC, and once again the hotel exceeded my expectations. The consistency of the service is what keeps bringing me back. Every member of staff goesabove and beyond to make you feel welcome, and it's clear that guest experience is their top priority. The rooms are beautifully furnished with high-quality finishes, the breakfast is outstanding, and thepool provides a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to the fantastic pool team. Miguel makes exceptional cocktails, Natasha and the rest of the team serving around the pool are always so warmand friendly, and the lifeguard made sure we had a lounger every day, which was greatly appreciated. I'd also like to recognise the front office team—Anjana, Anyur and Stacy—who were all incredibly helpful andprofessional during both check-in and check-out. In particular, Anjana also helped me store some chocolates in the fridge so they wouldn’t melt while the power was temporarily out. Another excellent stay, and I look forward to returning again.

Stayed here a few days ago and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the staff were always polite and attentive.
