Just a quick update on my stay ( long stay) at the Waldorf Astoria- DIFC , Dubai. While the hotel is truly a 5 star hotel , it is the staff and staff alone that in my opinion gives this hotel , truly a 7 star rating .. Let me begin with the housing staff .. I have a couple of ladies to whom I have requested the hotel to designate exclusively to service my room every morning! A lady named Pooja with her assistant ( cannot pronounce her name but she is from Nepal ) Just excellent .. thank you guys !
Then to the reception staff … all the ladies working there but my interactions with Souhalya, and Racheal,( the girls say she is my fav turn to person , maybe yes and happy to state that she has always been immediately attentive to any and all requests, and Matina n avanantika always smiling always courteous always accommodating with every ( reasonable) request .. thank you girls all of you .. a pleasure to interact with all of you , just to say hello, see smiling faces at all times breaks the monotony of staying in a hotel for extended periods of time Then there is Karima , Mali and Allwyn at the concierge.. ever so helpful , just ask and the request gets attended to .. Both the reception the concierge staff it’s a toss up between them all of who is the best - let me just say they ALL are a true asset to the Waldorf.
Then and the Bull n Bear - breakfast room — as one enters one sees the ever smiling face of Anita .. always ready with my standing daily requests.. for sparkling water , great staff all of them without exception and with mention of Iulion ,Sanjay n Debomoy Ahmed , Bartha ,Winnie and also all the young ladies all ever so attentive to all my requests for my demanding breakfast.. and then last but not the least The bellboys .. just so helpful and courteous .. Ibrahim and Charles and Ahmed .. three people I happen to interact most with . But the entire team .. honest cannot get better .. thanks you Waldorf .. it’s truly your staff that draws me back to this wonderful hotel- my second home this year .pl

Excellent hotel with exceptional service
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. The hotel is excellent, but what particularly stood out was the consistently high standard of service throughout my visit.
As a Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond member, I was delighted that my loyalty was genuinely recognised and appreciated, with a generous upgrade to a suite and a 25% discount on food and beverages. It is always pleasing when a hotel makes its loyal guests feel particularly valued.
A first-class experience from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and very much look forward to returning.
