Great hotel
Good hotel and good aervicr. I like this hotel especially the staff at thevswimmjng pool. The place is noce and when i told them that today is my doughter birthday thw give her small gift. Thanks Sama and kadek and Rudra. We came from oman and we will be back.

Wonderful stay,every thing we Love
Excellent all in all, very clean and neat, as well as so modern. The only negative thing is food quality, it is not bad but not excellent and perfect. Rooms are big enough, there is everything in the fridge of the room, beds are comfortable, design in the rooms is fabulous and so modern.A fantastic stay, very attentive staff, wonderful ambience around the pool,From the time you enter the Hotel you feel the extra attention of being in IHG hotel which on the top is a Voco Hotel The combination for a business hotel is just amazing. I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Dubai for business and searching for hotel with great service and in a perfect location. Ibrahim at Concierge,He was truly a wonderful person who allowed us to watch the World Cup matches from our room via a link he shared with us. He's a polite young man with extensive experience in meeting guest needs. Ibrahim is truly a strong personality.
Good for business and long term
The staff is very friendly, attentive, smiling, pleasant, and very professional both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant! Great stay!,I stayed for two nights on a business trip, and the experience was genuinely smooth from start to finish. The staff was consistently friendly, polite, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. A very chic hotel without being really pretentious, close to the airport. We eat a lot and the staff is impeccable. Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable. We had an absolutely delicious time during brunch at the Hotel Voco IHG The offer was varied and impeccable freshness, with options for every taste. Special thanks To Ibrahim at the front Desk (Concierge) for the warm welcome and attentive service. Their smile and professionalism really helped make our experience even more enjoyable. We will return without hesitation! 👍👍

A very good hotel with dedicated staff.
We had an exceptional time at the Voco Hotel! I have never felt more welcomed or taken care of by any other hotel. One of the bellboy, Ibrahim was incredibly helpful and friendly. He always remembered us! And transported our luggage, was very kind and handled our bags with care. I look forward to staying there in voco again soon! This hotel is in a super convenient location in Dubai. There are no crowds of tourists around this hotel. We walked with our roller bags to the hotel from Metro station. We were always able to hop on the Tube at the Tube station which was just around the corner for out daily excursions in the city. We ate our evening meals everynight we were there as they have several really good restaurants. It is easy to find the hotel on GPS as it is across from Burj khlifa. The staff are incredibly nice. The room is super quiet with a wonderful view and a very nice bathroom. We hated to leave.Thank you for a wonderful experience. My only regret is that We could not stay longer! We felt so comfortable and pampered by your friendly and professional team Specially Ibrahim at concierge,The view from the Spires Suite is something we won’t soon forget!
