Exceptional service and Prime location at its finest.
The staff were extremely helpful. From our check in till we left, we experienced a touch of class service. Yamin and Abdul are worth mentioning for their excellent customer service. The location of the hotel is also very good. It’s not far from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. We shall definitely stay here again the next time we visit Dubai

As always, everything was very good. The hotel manager, Youssef is a high-level manager!!! The hotel staff's hospitality, with special thanks to the reception and the very attentive employee Abdul, and the Reservations Agent Christy Pando. The pool staff is the best!

Super old hotel. It’s smells like smoke everywhere. The lighting is not exciting in the rooms. The linen is not the best. Not comfortably beds. The staff is super nice though.
Bad experience
It was a very bad experience. We had booked a room for 3 people but they gave us a room for 2 and added a bed. The room was very small for 3 people. The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The room had very little light. The hotel breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety every day. Only the hotel staff were kind and did the room service on time.

I got an apartment where all facilities are there.. if you wish to cook etc.. lovely breakfast and easy access to all shopping areas Will definitely return..
