Exceptional People, Exceptional Service
The hotel is doing very well in terms of service and cleanliness. All the departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, are exceptional. Every associate and manager demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, hospitality, and commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
I would especially like to recognise Shivani from Housekeeping. She is highly proactive in understanding guests' needs and personalising the room experience. She noticed on her own that I preferred the duvet not to be tucked in. After confirming my preference with me, she consistently prepared my room that way for the rest of my stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that reflected genuine attention to detail and a strong commitment to personalised service.
In my opinion, this hotel offers a level of service that goes well beyond what I would expect from a four-star property. It truly feels like more than a four-star hotel.

Best Experience As Always
Best experience as always. It is my only go to hotel in Dubai. Staff are very welcoming, polite and courteous. Rooms are super clean and cannot have better sleep due to the high quality pillows and matrices.

I had an excellent stay at Tryp by Wyndham Barsha Heights. The hotel is very clean, in a great location, and the staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their outstanding service made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I will definitely choose to stay here every time I’m in Dubai
