WHAT AN EXPERIENCE
Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!! What service!
From the moment you arrive at the reception, you immediately feel relaxed and at ease. You are welcomed with a smile and attended to professionally. I must also mention the doorman, who greets you warmly as you enter. Once you are checked in, the bellboy takes your luggage to your room — the service from start to finish is excellent.
And the rooms… don’t get me started! 😄 They are clean, comfortable and very welcoming. I honestly think the walls must be soundproof because the room was so peaceful and quiet.
A special mention must go to Dinusha, who made sure my room was always taken care of. Even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on, he would see me near the lift and kindly ask if everything was okay and whether I was enjoying my stay. He always had a smile on his face, and that level of personal attention really stood out.
The restaurant staff were fantastic too. I must give a special mention to Rheon, Ann, Saba and Ade. The whole team were absolutely lovely and made you feel like part of the family. Their warmth, friendliness and professionalism made every meal a pleasure.
If I had one complaint, it would be the lack of variety in the restaurant's food and fruit. I would also love to see a wider choice of sandwiches available as afternoon poolside snacks.
But honestly, that won't stop me from coming back!
From the doorman to the reception team, bellboys, restaurant staff and the guys at the pool bar, everyone contributed to making my stay special.
I will definitely be back.

Review of two halves, the good and not so good
Well, a review of two halves. The room 805 was a nice size room with balcony view over the back of the hotel, it was quiet and away from the lift so sleep was good. The bed comfortable and the room cleaned everyday. 5* for the room.
Now for the not so good. The breakfast was as good as most hotels but the dinner was very very poor. A poor selection unless you liked vegatable samosa, mini vegatable spring rolls, rice and thick base tasteless cold pizza. Did I mention cold. Well evening meals were like warm or at best just off cold. Extremely poor.
We had paid for the drinks package and were told at check-in we could have drinks at the restaurant, basement bar and roof top bar. On attempting to get drinks in the basement it was a no, at the roof top bar it was a no. Therefore I went to reception and requested to speak to the manager and explained. He agreed drinks were available at all 3. So a phone call from the manager to the roof top bar and a trot back up to the roof top bar where we enjoyed the beers in a very quiet bar. If this happens to you go to reception and get them to sort the problem that's not or shouldn't be a problem.
Overall a great stay at Towers Rotana.

Family Stay
Just got back from a four night stay with family. The rooms are large but VERY dark which made it hard to do hair and makeup. Also the shower is in the bath so you have to climb in and out of the bath which is quite slippery and there is no handle to hold onto. Our room still had the previous occupants breakfast cereal on the floor for two days!
Breakfast is very, very busy so you do have to get there early and they do not really cater for vegetarians at dinner except for a salad bar.
However, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Another enjoyable stay
Just returned from my second stay at the rotana towers and once again a very enjoyable stay as always with the towers the staff make this a home from home I'll start with the pool guys zakheel sorry if I've spelt your name wrong what a lovely smiling young man always had a smile on his face along with.amin as you recommended I checked out longs bar .The hard working bar guys to all flavours on 2 staff thank you to all the house keepers rooms kept spotless to the reception and porters again thank you because all of you made my stay as a lone female so enjoyable I will be returning again next year for my third stay with you .see you next September
