Feedback on Sales person
I had extended my stay at Towers Rotana to 27 Jul. For some reason I had to cancel the same and when I asked my refund - mr Hassan sales manager said it’s non refundable. 1 whole day he stressed me out by not replying . As per Consumer rights of UAE the hotel has to refund if guest wishes to cancel and if same was not mentioned in the invoice. It was good to directly go to reception and Ms Rubie without a question refunded me my AED 3700. the moral is the sales guys just not trust worthy and always check TnC . I don’t know what his intention was but have the WhatsApp chat where he mentioned- management said it’s non refundable. He lied ….

Amazing stay
I’ve been a regular since the year 2012. We were disappointed at first as one of the rooms was not ready even past 2 PM (the property’s check-in time); however, Rubie took very good care of us and she gave us a free upgrade to an amazing room with the new design. Many thanks for the upgrade Rubie.
No stay at Towers Rotana goes by without thanking Daryl for her hospitality as she is our friend at this point :D
I would also like to thank Reza for always being professional and always being excited to greet us.

The team is what makes us want to come back here throughout all these years.
