The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai

Location was great at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai.. I previously stayed at Atlantis The Palms and loved it. However Towwr Plaza is really amazing if u take into account the Price. Location is excellent right opposite Metro. I stayed in a room facing Old Dubai. But Aicha upgraded my room to 337. Aicha was a delight to deal with. Absolutely amazing with great views of the Burj Khalifa. Rooms are spotless. And absolutely no noise. Bedding spotless. I am spending another 4 nights at this hotel from 3 - 6 July. 2026. Hoping for another great stay.

I would like to share my experience regarding the valet parking service at the Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai.

On April 28 I handed over my vehicle to the valet parking service at around 8:00 PM and collected it at approximately 1:00 AM. Due to the late hour, I unfortunately did not inspect the vehicle immediately.

When I arrived home, I discovered that my front bumper had been seriously damaged. My vehicle, a Jetour T2 purchased only two months earlier, was practically brand new. The valet had clearly driven into a wall, causing significant damage to the bumper. The impact was substantial enough that it would have been impossible not to hear or notice it.

What is most shocking is not the accident itself, as mistakes can happen, but the fact that nobody informed me about the incident. The vehicle was returned to me as if nothing had happened. I only discovered the damage after arriving home.

The following day, I returned to the hotel. I was able to see that the wall involved in the collision was still visibly damaged. I also took photographs showing the dust and impact marks on the vehicle. Given the extent of the damage, it is obvious that this incident could not have gone unnoticed.

I was particularly surprised when one of the employees asked me, “Are you sure this happened here?” Frankly, when a customer takes the time to come back in person, presents the damage, and the wall involved is still visibly damaged, such a question is difficult to understand.

What disappoints me most is the complete lack of professionalism and transparency in the way this incident has been handled. I genuinely feel that there was an attempt to minimize or even conceal what happened instead of taking responsibility immediately. No apology was offered on the day of the incident. In fact, it took nearly two weeks and another visit from me before I finally received an apology, and only after I pointed out that nobody had apologized up to that point.

Today is June 5, more than a month after the incident, and the matter is still unresolved. I am still waiting for a final solution.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience. The accident itself is one thing, but the lack of honesty, communication, responsiveness, and consideration toward the customer is another. It is the handling of this situation, rather than the accident alone, that has led me to leave this very negative review.
