Lunch Buffet at Metro Restaurant
I tried their Lunch Buffet and found: quality food, varied selection of dishes and competitive price. Top notch service, with courteous and careful staff, especially Lovejoy.
Worst hotel I ever been to
I booked this hotel from booking.com and when I checked I was given a room that was so smelly that I had to check out immediately. I paid for 2 nights and the hotel purposely kept me on check-in so as not to refund me. I have tried to contact the hotel several times and they don’t want to give any refund. I will not advise anyone to go to this hotel as from the lobby, the front office , it is dirty and feels like a bazaar
Disappointing Stay on Our Wedding Night – Not Recommended
We stayed overnight from September 23 to 24, 2026, for our wedding. Prior to arrival, we called the hotel twice, and the staff confirmed they would accommodate an early 4:00 AM check-in after our ceremony and arrange special honeymoon setup for our room. When we checked in, we were extremely disappointed: Zero Honeymoon Setup: No special arrangements or welcoming touches were made. Missing Bathroom Amenities: The toilet was completely missing basic amenities, including toothpaste, shower gel, and even a bath mat. Overpriced Breakfast: The breakfast was very basic, overpriced, and not worth the money. You are better off eating elsewhere. Overall, our experience was completely disappointing and failed to live up to their promises. We do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for working remotely, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, a proper desk setup, and stunning views of the Dubai skyline. After a long day of meetings, the amenities provided the ideal space to unwind and recharge. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the world-class service. A special mention must go to Front Desk Manager Preeti Sharma. From the moment I checked in, Preeti demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
