Perfect for anniversary
Absolutely amazing they accommodated us very well. My wife and I were treated with very amazing gifts and amazing cakes and a lot of fruits. They were very generous and very nice to us. Definitely recommended to stay. Make sure you stay at the Ritz Carlton JBR.

Great stay at Ritz Carlton Dubai
We had a great stay at the RC Dubai. It was out first visit, the staff came across professional, attentive and extremely friendly.
Check in was simple and we met the front office manager upon check in. We arrived in our 1 bedroom suite which was well furnished and had a great balcony and view of the resort and beach area.
The hotel is impressive, with a great choice of pools, restaurant's and bars.
Breakfast was great- with ample choice. We were served by multiple waiters during our visit but included Carlo, Sai, Roku and Hinn and Martha. Every morning we were greeted with friendly faces and great service.
We booked access to the club lounge for our visit, we were warmly greeted by Albert who showed us around the lounge offerings. We spent a lot of time at the lounge where there was a great choice of food, drinks games and atmosphere. A special call out to the team at the lounge including: Albert, Sylvester, Francis, Khun, Indra, Hairah and especially Ritu and Darwin who made our stay extra special.
Housekeeping was exceptional, with the room meticulously attended to twice a day, we had Peter and Vijay who were great, extremely friendly and attentive.
We also wanted to mention Sauri who is one of the security guards at the door to the 1st floor area by the breakfast restaurant. Every morning he took the time to wish us good morning, ask us about our day and wish us a pleasant one for the remainder.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Exceptional Service, Stunning Views, and a Memorable Stay
We were very pleased with our stay and the excellent level of service. The property is beautifully maintained, and our suite was spacious and comfortable, with 2 wonderful balconies offering an incredible view. highlight.
The team in the Club Lounge was exceptional—warm, attentive, and consistently proactive in anticipating our needs. The food served throughout the day was delicious, and our sincere thanks go to the chefs. Special recognition must also go to Darwin and the manager on duty, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, for taking such excellent care of us. Richard at Tamoka also provided outstanding service, and the breakfast at Caravan offered an excellent and varied selection.
There are only a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower floor was very slippery, so a non-slip shower mat should be available upon request. A wider selection of television channels for young children would also make the experience even more family-friendly.
Overall, this was a highly enjoyable and memorable stay, made particularly special by the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the staff.

Perfect staff, perfect food
Perfect service and great staff, they make you feel like home, thank you Shangphi and Krishna. And the food, everything we tasted at the club lounge, all extremely delicious.
Amazing hotel, we will be back x
From the moment we arrived we felt that we were in safe hands. The check in said to go for dinner which was lovely as we had, had a long day.
The valet staff, Saif, Aleem and Khrrum where just amazing.
The restaurant staff at breakfast James, Rajib, Saikiran, Monalisha, Dadhi, Martha, Maira among but few couldn't do enough for us.
My husband is a coelic and hasn't really enjoyed his food since his diagnosis. He had a dedicated Chef at every restaurant waiting to see what they could cook him. Chefs at breakfast Kushajra, Shipu, Aditya made him anything he wanted including steak for breakfast! He had come home 5kilos heavier x
Chef Phan at Blue Jade made the most fantastic dinners for him along with her head Chef who has a fish dish his grandmother taught him!
Mil at the concierge was incredibly helpful with laundry, lost property and booking all the dine around restaurants, a true gentleman.
Housekeeping headed up by Kishore was absolutely wonderful. We had everything we could want including a zoo full of animals made from towels which my boys loved. Suman and Krishna just a credit to the hotel.
It was wonderful thank you for giving us the true rest we so needed.
